  1. I know everyone probably has it but I saw Sea of Thieves is on sale and I might get it since it's usually a bit pricey :D
  2. cheeks up
  3. Boiling is acceptable but grilling is preferred
  4. @20 scrolls get it together man.
  5. I think we're getting a bit off topic here, but I'll respond to this anyways. Sorry if I came off wrong here. This wasn't me trying to dog on reporting system and how you guys handle reports and such. I know you guys take this stuff seriously and I know complaints aren't ignored. However, let me just say you're not going to get many people reporting if they see people of staff ranks ignoring it or actually participating in it. That's where the standard for many people will be set because, as you said, it's hard to really define what is acceptable and what isn't. People won't report something if, based on how other people react, they'll deem it's considered as acceptable in this community. That's typically my problem when people just respond with "just report it lol", because there's a bigger piece to the problem. Plus, I think we're talking more about rule changes/new standards here more than anything, not individual incidents. Anyways, let's get off harassment specifically, because you don't have to be harassing someone to be acting transphobic/homophobic, just like being racist. Back to the point I was talking about. I think the only thing I asked is that whether the community wants to treat some transphobic/homophobic stuff like racism. Do you want to prohibit select words such as f*ggot just like we do with the n-word? It's not impossible like people are making it out to be and it's not a foreign concept, plenty of other communities do it. That's a decision you higherups can make or discuss at their next CA+ meeting if you guys choose to do so.
  6. I played a lot of SCP:SL this year and there are quite a few full servers and a decent playerbase. It's a super social game and people get hooked pretty quick. Great for events imo, relaunching the server and establishing a server playerbase might be a bit too hard though.
  7. keep talking kid lamar is gonna tear an ACL

      thats FUCKED up

  8. Lol. You shouldn't be going around calling people f*ggot and expecting them to generously inform you that they aren't comfortable with the word. The world doesn't revolve around you so don't expect other people to serve as your own filter. You gotta put your big boy pants on and learn to be mindful of what you're saying around other people, not expect others to spoon feed you information on how they feel about what you're saying. I also agree with some stuff you said @BoM but I don't think you need to pull old chat logs and throw them into your argument. You don't need a perfect track record to point out an issue. Gentoo never tried to glorify himself as this perfect person or anything. I have said insensitive things numerous times throughout my time on the internet, but I now advocate against those things as I've grown up and learned, and I'm sure most people here have done the same thing. Let's focus on the message here, not the messenger. We'll all be more productive that way. Back to the thread. I felt it was a bit weird @Gentoo you waited till pride month started to start this conversation, and you asked for the banners to be switched back instead of tackling the greater problem, but whatever. Keep regurgitating the whole "just report them" stuff; reality is the community as a whole has really turned a blind eye to some of homophobic/transphobic stuff being said. I recall people of all ranks (myself included, even when I was staff) saying/hearing some insensitive stuff and letting it slide. I think most people would agree SG never has really cracked down on transphobia/homophobia to the extent of something like racism. This is in no way a dig at the community - every gaming community probably has had to have this same conversation in recent years - but the social climate is changing and I think it's totally fair to ask if more should be done. Should we have specific rules cracking down on homophobic/transphobic slurs, just like we do with racist ones?
  9. MG was the gamemode that got me playing community servers 6 years ago srry TTT love you
  10. I mean, it can be a rule. I was more explaining why we don't have it equivalent to a KOS anymore, because you brought it up.
  11. "I think _ is a T" "_ might be a T" And yeah, you can say it's a bit retarded that people say that stuff, or that people thought it was a KOS equivalent, whatever. There were numerous times when I was manager where people asked me if something was a KOS or just a suspicion. I see nothing wrong with the current rule. I'm pretty sure literally every TTT server is strict with how you have to word stuff (KOSing, warnings, etc.) just so there's no confusion and the rules can easily be clarified.
  12. When the KOS rule was originally changed to include other phrases such as "X is a T" it was for the same reasons people are bringing up. I think the reason the rule was reverted back was because sometimes it was hard to tell if someone was just calling suspicion or straight up calling them a traitor. The way the rule is now is very cut and dry and there's no confusion with it. It literally takes 5 seconds to explain to any new player that you can't kill someone until a KOS is called on them. It's really not that hard.
  13. Probably something that uses one of the following words:
  14. fuck yea bud
  15. should've wished to not have hair the color of belle delphine
  16. the ability to vent as a crewmate!
  17. Guess I was right about the Falcons Really the Bengals passing on Sewell and him dropping a bit messed my mock board, but if the Bengals took Sewell I think my 5-7 would've been accurate. Surprised Panthers went corner, but that defense looks good now. I also was 50/50 about 49ers taking Lance or Fields. Guess the Broncos really didn't like Fields, cause I think if the right QB fell to them (Lance) they would've taken him. So happy about them taking Surtain though, cause that made the Cowboys trade back with the Eagles and give us Smith.
  18. Remember w101?

Don't act like you weren't on the wizard101 grind for months. Yeah a couple of us here ran a 4 man for quite a while. I was the last one to quit the game after the others dropped off. I maxed a death wizard (140) and got a storm wizard to Mirage and a balance to Celestia. Probably would've played more if death didn't suck at PvP. Game is very nostalgic for me and pretty fun to play in general. Only massive turn off is that monthly subscription you have to pay. If I get enough interest in the game again I'll pay that subscription and I'll probably try and max those two wizards too.
  19. Yeah, I mean TE obviously isn't the primary need of the team given they already have elite offensive weapons and hurst, but who knows. Sometimes there just is a prospect teams can't pass on. I've also seen a bunch of Atlanta QB talk, but I'd be surprised if they went QB. I think Ryan has more in the tank and that team has quite a few needs. I'd say there's about a 75% chance Atlanta moves down from 4, especially since top 3 picks are all going to be QBs. I feel like the Patriots, Broncos, or WFT are going to make a trade up for Lance (or Fields if he drops). Maybe Detroit will trade down if Atlanta holds.
  20. I would love to watch this movie if I'm available. I always enjoy watching horror movies.
  21. I'm an Eagles fan and I feel very, very indifferent about Devonta Smith, especially since a bunch of mock boards are predicting him to fall to us. He had a historic year last year but he literally is weighing in at 166 lbs. It's a very high risk, high reward pick because if he's able to stay healthy he can become a star. I'm just going to drop my mock draft up to the Eagles pick at #12. I'm not going to do any trades but I'm sure someone is going to move around in the top 12. #1 Jaguars: Trevor Lawrence - No brainer pick, Urban Meyer even leaked that they were probably going to pick him. I think he's going to be a star and anyone who says he isn't the best QB in the draft is high. #2 Jets: Zach Wilson - There are some question marks but he is pretty much the consensus #2 pick, although I'm unsure if he is going to have the second best career out of all this drafts QBs. His career will be very dependent on how Saleh is as a coach and what the organization builds around him. #3 49ers: Justin Fields - I think trading up to the #3 pick and giving away several 1st rounders to draft Mac Jones should be a fireable offense. Fields used to be the consensus #2 QB in this draft class and I'm surprised how much his stock fell this year, although he really did have a down year. I think if he gets drafted here he will absolutely light it up in a Kyle Shanahan offense if he gets the starting job. #4 Falcons: Kyle Pitts - I was shocked when I saw a mock board have Pitts falling out of the top 10. He's a generational talent and so much more than a TE. He might move to receiver in his career, but his hands are incredible and he checks so many boxes. Give me him over any WR in this class any day. I could also see the Broncos or Patriots trading up to this spot for a QB. #5 Bengals: Penei Sewell - I would love to believe Cincinnati does not fuck up this pick and pick Chase over Sewell. Burrow got murdered last year and they already have some solid receivers on their team. They need OL help. #6 Dolphins: Ja'Marr Chase - I have questions about other positions on their roster but it feels like they'll go Chase here and put him with Parker and Fuller. If Tua doesn't thrive with those two he's done. #7 Lions: Jaylen Waddle - I think the Lions will go for a Golladay replacement here and take the safer Alabama WR. Another trade down possibility since their roster is so fucked. Not like it will matter when Jared Goff is your QB. #8 Panthers: Rashawn Slater - Great OL value for the Panthers. Their offense will hopefully look very good next year, I'm rooting for Darnold. #9 Broncos: Trey Lance - High potential but definitely a risky QB pick here. Could end up as 2017 Wentz (who came from the same school) or flop. I've seen a lot of stuff about how the Broncos love Lance and I wouldn't be surprised if they traded up considering they have arguably the worst starting QB in the league. #10 Cowboys: Patrick Surtain II - I wish he would fall to the Eagles but I think the Cowboys take him here. They need to repair their defense. There are some other defensive players they could take here. #11 Giants: Christian Darrisaw - I'm confused on why the Giants would go Smith, or any WR here. They have Golladay, Slayton, and Sheperd paired with Saquon. If their offense fails, it's going to be cause of Jones. A lot of options for Giants here but I think they go OL to really make sure Jones is in a position where he can succeed. #12 Eagles: Devonta Smith - Howie Roseman desperately needs a homerun pick here and I could see them going Smith (risky, but whatever). I could also see them going corner here and taking someone like Jaycee Horn here. I'd be iffy about taking Farley here but if we can hit on a cornerback here I'd be happy too. Fuck it, you could even take a stud in Micah Parsons and I'd be happy. Just don't fuck it up Howie.. please. If he takes a QB or does something stupid I will never watch football again until he is fired.
  22. This is great progress, good work team!
