Requested by @John, I made some penne alla vodka with prosciutto. The recipe is from "NOT ANOTHER COOKING SHOW" on YouTube. I really enjoyed how this one turned out. Probably going to stay away from pasta for my next dish.

Took me about 90% of the pandemic to finally decide and try cooking some meals since my youtube feed is littered with cooking videos. I think someone else did one of this guy's recipes, but I made Adam Ragusea's shrimp scampi.. and it turned out great. Never really tried celery leaf in something like this but the bitterness really balances out this dish. I'm going to be trying some more youtube recipes soon.

I was a huge Phillies fan as a kid and this was like the glory days for them. I remember breaking my arm and still going to a Phillies game in a cast and having a ton of fun. 2008-2012 were such good times.

Who do you guys think is gonna win and who are you rooting for? KC feels like the better team right now, but I'm rooting for Tampa Bay. My family has connections to the city and it's always fun rooting for the historically bad franchises. Plus wouldn't hurt to give Shady McCoy another ring. Fun fact: if Tom Brady wins this Super Bowl he has more rings than any franchise in the NFL.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Ketchup is one of the worst condiments of all time. It compliments nothing, it just overtakes all other flavor. Eggs with ketchup pretty much just tastes like sugar tomato rubber. People out here putting ketchups on steak and shit. Be a man and use steak sauce or nothing at all. Ketchup is for lil bitches with a kids stomach and Patrick Mahomes. Grow up.

You're going to get people on the forums once they become regulars on the server, not the other way around. Retaining players in this community will begin by retaining them on the server. Once someone finds themselves coming back to the SG servers is when they'll likely decide to expand to our other platforms. While there's a lot that goes into it, the best way in establishing regulars is making sure we keep the servers consistently populated. There's a few ways a regular can do this. 1. Pretty obvious but seeding the server. The difficulty of this depends on which server you're playing (something like TTT will be much easier to seed than something like ZE or Squad). However, giving any amount of effort into seeding helps. Invite some people on or try to get the server populated during times pop is usually low. People have a reason to come back instead of going elsewhere if they see our servers are always populated when they're on. 2. Apply for staff. Rulebreakers can easily kill population or ruin the vibe, so I encourage anyone to apply for admin if they feel they're qualified for the position. If you're unable to, using calladmin and making sure the servers have admins on helps out a lot.
