Very limited knowledge on this but here's what I think is the solution: Plug in or connect the gamepad to the computer. Open Steam in Big Picture mode. Double check that the gamepad can work with Big Picture mode. If it works, go to ROBLOX and play. If it doesn't work, double check the connection between the gamepad and the computer as well as your gamepad's compatibility with the Steam app. If it works in Big Picture mode, but not ROBLOX, try calibrating your gamepad. It also may be that your gamepad may not work with ROBLOX. I have used controllers to play some steam games, but never 3rd party ones. Good luck figuring it out.

The main problem that i keep on seeing is how certain CTs (and a lot of Ts who think they know the rules) think that Freedays cannot be revoked, and to give another freeday is conflicting. Most of the time the problem continues until an admin gets on, which can vary for any length of time. If there was any way that it could be more well known, possibly having it show up in chat. It definitely worked with the cardinal directions rule, but it might not work as well because the directions rule was already intended for CTs who sort of understood the rules, conflicting freedays can be given by some joe shmoe who's been on T side for 10 minutes.
