  1. My only fear is getting 4-20 ratios. No one would want to play CT anymore, and then there wouldn't be a server to play on.
  2. Log onto JB anytime in the past month, people are not extremely hyped and talking about gangs. The top gang is still Calamari, who's members are slightly inactive.
  3. Gangs are still active and can be accessed by typing !gang in chat. It's just a way for T's to get into groups and have their gang raise to the top from a collectiveness of kills, assists, etc. . Unfortunately, the hype for gangs has kindof decreased since its release. I know we're all looking forward to the counterpart, CT ranks @Manny @Dominic @eXtr3m3 .
  4. What I'm assuming this would be is just the players' name who submitted the complaint would be kept hidden to anyone under CA or A. It's not like the general public needs to know who submitted a player complaint for other than, "Oh He SuBmIts player complaints etc. etc. SUPPORT".
  5. TTT

An AWP is a powerful weapon that if everyone had, would just turn it into an overpowered sniping free for all. Having an AWP is KOS, unless you (as an innocent) call it out first that you are picking up a T's awp. You can still be killed for having an awp on you, but it's the risk you should take for picking it up. If you somehow manage to "accidentally" pick one up, drop it (or pay attention to what primary you're using).
  6. T's commonly use the invisble block to get up to the roof of medic/sauna, and from there getting into armory. As a CT, if you see a T on the invisible box you should kill them because all invisible boxes, buttons, doors, ladders, etc. are KOS. A way T's get around this is by boosting up to the vending machine which does not make them KOS. Basically, you can only kill a T for being on that roof/vending machine if you saw/see them on the invisble box first. It makes sense, T's just need to be smarter.
  7. "Do you know who you're talking to? I'm Manny." - @Manny
  8. That is why i'm saying, as a CT you should be specifying (most do).
  9. If you say, "go to pool" that implies the larger pool and the one next to outside. If you say. "VIP (cell) pool" that means the body of water inside of VIP cell. And no, on Steam-Gamers Jailbreak the actual big cage is not referred to as a box.
  10. There is an integrated feature to CS:GO where you can change someone's volume in tab, the !sm @ts command just makes it easier to mute non-essential voices.
  11. An offmic order is only applicable for 15 seconds with a different order following it. When the t's are in a certain area or large stack off-mic wouldn't work unless you take great lengths to just single out a person. While i've done that, it's a hassle to do, and a command would make it easier.
  12. Variety in our map pools don't matter when the same maps are picked over and over. The main problem with this map was that it was a late-night killer, and would just get rtv'd mid day. People didn't like that map. On top of that, you can't just say CT's should change their order styles. They don't. CT's will continue to give shitty orders, and it's extremely hard to 1 man enforce against a team of 20 t's. You can look at this thread for more information for why it was removed.
  13. ModernWarfare 3, Super Mario Galaxy, or Pokémon Black. All three of those games gave me super fun times.
  14. 2FA GANG STRONG But seriously, I think as long as you're not in a shady server and don't click on ANY links in the next week you should be fine. Use teamspeak
  15. Except when they’re on T side. I’ve used the !sm @ts command with an admin on t side and it muted them.
  16. Yep that should probably get editied, but if you want to make a player complaint with screenshots and recordings of proof post it here: https://www.steam-gamers.net/forum/forms.php?do=form&fid=4
  17. Like what @Kieran said, we both know that those players will certainly not be banned for shitting on someone. It's something that happens daily, yet is always ignored. Harassment rules on SG require explicit evidence and multiple warnings. Player harassment is something admins in-game have to deal with, unless it is truly extreme to where you can make a player complaint on it.
  18. I think a 1v1 server all the time would be a waste of server money. SG has tried plenty of 1v1 servers before, and they have not worked well. It is better to divert some more attention to the less populated servers (MG,Surf,FFA?) instead of making a new one. As @Trazz said, this idea was brought up before and if you want to get the full scope go and read the thread.
  19. @kenny and @Tyymunk it is impossible to mute a CT using the !sm command, because if you do you will not be able to hear orders. If someone is mic spamming use !calladmin and make a player complaint. The best way to limit the amount of people screaming is to type !sm @ts and mute the t's, because they're the loudest on the server typically.
  20. Really one of the best AT's evarrrrrrr

  21. Of course this will need lots of planning, so let's just leave this thread to that (regardless if we know this will be applied or not). The charity would have to be something that the BD's approve on, and that would look good for SG as a network/organization. Streaming would be a popular idea, aswell as implementing a reminder in the chat of our servers for the month/day/week the event is going on for. I think the hardest part would be picking a time and charity. If we could do this as an annual or half-year thing, I think this would be something we could all be proud of as a community.
  22. A real admin who does his job do the best degree.

  23. Congratulations, now you can do player complaints twice as fast!

  24. Congrats, now jailbreak will collapse.

  25. A newer player hasn't read the thread, so simply giving them the tl;dr helps more than throwing the link at them.
