go to insert -> video -> from file. include the video, and have it play once clicked. when you're done with the entire presentation, go to file -> publish -> package for CD. click the checkbox that says "package in a folder". once its saved to a folder, you can delete everything but the .ppt and the video file. now, zip up that folder or put it on your flash drive etc, and it will play on any computer without losing where the video file is located.

only thing i can think of that is right next to a fan is either your power supply or your graphics card. i'm going to assume its you're graphics card because that is the most likely thing to overheat, as it gets old the fan/bearings go bad.

i assure you there is no question as to the source of his problems. it can NOT be the card.. its a fuckin gts240. if someone doesn't believe me, if you have an older computer around, or even a netbook, go and watch a youtube/vimeo/whatever video in HD, full screen. You don't even need to change the resolution you have it at. Your CPU will choke.

no, not YHO. EFO (everyone's fucking opinion). It's an atrocity that these worthless pieces of trash got sold out on pre orders. Everyone got excited when the rumors started going years ago, but that was because people thought it would be an OSX tablet PC, not some gigantic worthless ipod.

the SMS app does not allow you to minimize the keyboard once you've made it come up, which is very annoying and counter-productive, which made me find BiteSMS to begin with. But what's so wonderful about BiteSMS is that it does absolutely everything you wish you could do for SMS: 1. Push Notification is full featured. You can see the entire text, reply to the text, or hit a button to mark as read, call them, or open the full app. 2. Same idea applied to a quick compose feature. If you hit a volume button while on the lock screen it auto brings up a compose box etc, and if you hit a volume button anywhere else, it enables you to tap the volume icon while it is on the screen to bring up quick compose. 3. Of course, the ability to shrink the keyboard back down. And best of all, it doesn't move or fuck with your SMS chats whatsoever, if you opened the SMS app, everything would be there.. in fact, the App looks nearly exactly the same when inside of it.

i've jailbroken mine as well. but there is no way to get a unified inbox by doing it, which i am most excited for by far. In fact, I almost want to forgive apple for the ipad with this update, once its jailbreakable, of course. It's like they searched high and low on the internet for the things people jailbreak for, and then read all of their normal users requests and did them. and beyond the inbox, a multitasking system made by apple would probably be more clever than most things. well.. except for their SMS app.. that thing is terrible. But that's what BiteSMS is for

of course you can get lower than the outside temperature, but not when you're trying to use water in a way like that that is actually manageable . i've seen setups in person of people so insane they actually use dry ice!!

yeah, a CPU like that would probably crap out indeed at such resolutions. it's definitely worth upgrading the CPU at least.

never done it, probably never will. If you put enough fans in a case, it won't ever get too hot. and if your cpu is running too hot from OC, either get a big-assed HSF, and/or get a better CPU.

4.0 adds 5x digital zoom. and sure, it does have quite a "dated" resolution, but the iphone's camera quality far outpaces nearly every camera on a phone i've seen.

yes, you can play these games on a newer computer. what's wrong with dosbox? they make like pre-packaged ones that you dont have to fuck with any settings any more, it "just works".

nah. the first thing i do any and every day once i get out of bed is take a piss in the toilet, because it is normally pretty urgent. and THEN i take a shower without pissing where i stand.
