  1. First and foremost: I am not a nutritionist or a personal trainer. I studied in the culinary field (turned down a scholarship to join the Marine Corps), which obviously included some basic nutrition classes, the military stresses pretty hard on nutrition (some of which is great and some of it is bullshit), and I currently consider myself to be in pretty decent shape. I've thought about getting a personal trainer license but it's pretty expensive and I don't really want to make a career out of it, so I have a hard time convincing myself to actually do it. Anyways, just wanted to get that out first before I respond to some of these things. Some of it is opinion, whereas some of it is fact (I'll differentiate between the two). I sous vide a fuckton of chicken at once in like...salsa, balsamic vinegarette, low fat italian dressing, etc. Do something that tastes good and still makes you want to eat it. Sweet potatoes are also extremely healthy for you. All in all, gradually get into the mix. Don't overwhelm yourself with 'I'm gonna do this, that, these, those, some of this...' etc all on day one. You're going to get overwhelmed and probably say 'fuck this' - not because it's you, but because (in my opinion), people usually respond better to gradual integration vs. jumping straight into it. I obviously don't know what your weight is, your fat ratio, your endurance, etc., so you'll have to do these integrations at your own pace. Even I don't jump straight into a ton of new things, I gradually change. I look at it the same way with increasing my weight-lifting...at the end of the day, I'm trying to help myself. I'm doing myself no favors by overwhelming my body with something I can't do or something that makes me miserable. ------------------------------- Uh...dude...I don't mean to be a dick here...but I would not recommend doing pretty much anything in your entire post. I get you're trying to be helpful...but I would advise against pretty much everything you just posted lol. That 'muscle weighing more than fat' thing is incredibly false though, scientifically backed. my exact thoughts

  6. I have mystery leg problems I sustained while in the military and can pretty much never run again. I wish you nothing but the best in recovery because it's absolutely shitty having legs and not being able to use them to their full extent.

I was honestly really hoping that I would not have to make a thread like this officially creating a rule for this...but here it goes: If you abuse the calladmin feature by making reports that are ridiculous, you will be banned upon someone bringing it to the attention of a higher up. While there are situations where people may blow something out of proportion or take something out of context - this is not what I am referring to, at all. I don't want anybody to feel hesitant to report actual rule breaking, because that's what it's there for. Examples of what not to do: The plugin is used for alerting an admin to an actual situation where rules are being broken. CA's and AO's will gradually start implementing this into text across the servers, but we are officially punishing for it as of now. If there are any questions, feel free to ask.

I have one of those raptor claw knives as well, which is pretty dope. Someone made a joke about spinning it, which is actually pretty safe. I don't know if the design is somehow different on mine, but unless it flies off your finger, you're not gonna hit yourself. I'm not really into arbitrarily collecting them, I keep them on my person / in my car for protection or for some kidn of practical use - so I don't have a ton of them. Oh yeah - I also definitely do not own a dope ass spring loaded knife, because that's illegal.

  14. alright boys, i officially started my (clean) bulk on Monday. Forgot to start this thread on Monday, but I’m gonna post my weekly progress, whether good or bad. Here is today, but I’ll post again on Monday and start using mondays as my progress days (even though i usually weigh myself daily). 250 is the goal, but I’m doing a clean bulk to shed a little BF%...so i don’t know how this is gonna go. We’ll see! Week 1 = 212

  22. You guys wonder why higher ups can be assholes sometimes...it’s honestly because of shit like this. I can hold an entire meeting with dozens and dozens and dozens of people and tell them not to do shit like this, then a few days later someone tells me to get fucked and does it anyways. I probably would have just given you a three day ban for this and you instigating shit with Delirium again on Teamspeak, but the fact that i just told you not to do this is the reason the ban sits at a week. Fucking ridiculous. I told everyone last week that there is a right way to handle your problems with someone and there’s a wrong way to handle your problems with someone. Being a passive aggressive child is the wrong way.
