Hello everyone, So we have had a shakeup in the ranks over the past few days! People stepping down and moving on is always something that is going to happen, and the best we can do is cherish the memories of the people, thank them for their time, and hope that we can see them again in the future. To SpikedRocker, my friend, thank you for being such a dedicated VP. It will truly be hard to fill your shoes. We have had our fair share of disagreements, but at the end of the day we always understood where each other was coming from, and it was a healthy environment having someone keep me in check on a regular basis. Moving on to promotions - we have quite a few! Let's start off with Community Advisors. After much deliberation, we have decided to promote Fluid, Phonicz, Sean, and All T's. These four have shown their dedication over a long period of time, and we have faith that they will perform their duties excellently. This was a long discussion among the AO's and then among the Board, so we have definitely vetted out these four. For our new member we are adding to the Board of Directors, we'd like to welcome Wawa! Wawa has shown great dedication and leadership during his past and current tenure as AO, and he has made it an easy selection for us. We have nothing but the utmost confidence that he will integrate perfectly with the current team. It is not easy making it this high in the community - it takes a lot of dedication and trust. Last but not least - Vice President. This promotion is handled entirely by me, as it is someone that I work very close with and keep in constant contact with. This person is my go-to and they keep me in check with community decisions and make sure that the community is going in the right direction. After much consideration, I have chosen Prez as SG's new VP! He has been around for a long time and has provided a lot of support to this community over the better part of a decade. Please welcome all of these people to their new positions they have earned!

I keep a pretty well stocked bar so I’m able to make about anything that people want. As far as myself, I don’t really drink very often unless I’m playing beer pong or drinking some wine. I cut back pretty hard on alcohol just due to how much sugar and shit is in it typically. But I enjoy Don Julio and Remy Martin. I will indulge in the occasional piña colada because of how amazing they are.

I maintain a firm policy that anyone who can beat me in a physical bout can have the community.

Hello everyone, I'd like to take a moment to announce that @Revenga has stepped down to the rank of LG due to real life taking priority. It goes without saying that all of the higher up staff contribute to this community in some form or another - but Revenga definitely went above and beyond. While some of you may not know who Revenga is or maybe you just haven't talked to him in a long time, he served as a BD when I was first taking ownership of the community. Revenga is a huge part as to why this community is still up and operational, and he has busted his ass on more than one occasion on behalf of the community. Revenga provided a huge amount of support to this community while I was in Afghanistan and unable to really do anything in regards to SG. After that, SG underwent a series of changes that set it on course where it currently is. There are no ways to truly express our gratitude, but thank you so much for the work and support you have provided to this community. And a personal thank you from me for being very easy to work with when we were BD's together. We got a lot accomplished in a very short period of time and it is truly remarkable looking back on the amount of hours we were all putting into this place to make sure that it would stay afloat. Thanks buddy!

Someone is trying to make RQOTD a normal, daily thing integrated into the forums / community with its own section. Posting shit like this is what makes it hard for me to defend the validity of it to other higher ups.

@Liam Brown @SpikedRocker Is it possible for us to create like 50 pre-set RQotD where it automatically create threads at 1200am each day? I don't think it is off the top of my head, but not sure if you guys know of a way to make that happen. It's complicated but I think it would be a neat thing to have for the community.

I am going to open the floor for questions about Insidious' ban during our next community meeting (which will be scheduled shortly). It's honestly extremely upsetting that this is the one thing that we, as a community, cannot come together on and stand against. Some of you don't like me, and I don't like some of you - and we disagree on a lot of topics. Trying to fuck little boys is honestly something that I was hoping we could agree is fucking wrong. He admitted it in a Teamspeak channel with numerous higherups on numerous occasions and this was a unanimous decision made by every single BD we have. He literally said "I understand why you're banning me" after crying - yes crying - in the channel. Once he was told he was not allowed to appeal, that all switched and I'm somehow the weird one in this situation. I know of a few of you who are trying to silence those who think it's fucking disgusting and are trying to defend Insidious by spreading false bullshit. You are more than welcome to have your opinions, but we have proof. The fact that I can fucking show you that he admitted to dating a thirteen year old and that he was flirting with little boys and yet still somehow he is blindly defended is honestly fucking disgusting. I promise to the people of SG who have a decent set of morals, I will do everything in my power to make sure that the people who think this behavior is okay never see a promotion at this community - ever.
