  1. I take ON serious mass and it's pretty good stuff.
  2. This is a great thing, in my opinion. I have done it before and got amazing results. I would recommend doing it to lose weight, but obviously not if you're bulking. Biggest tip I could possibly give is stop drinking soda. Substitute it for something else that you like drinking that is low in sugar. You will lose ungodly amount of weight if you are a habitual soda drinker (one or more a day) and stop drinking soda.
  3. I didn't see this until now but if you still need help you can message me. You'd be surprised what minimal effort you can do to lose weight.
  4. To answer your question: there is nothing in our rule system that would not allow the aforementioned tag. I'm not sure why people would even ban for GS - as I would overturn that ban instantaneously (assuming the ban was strictly for the tag and not because the guy was intentionally trying to impersonate by telling people he was an admin) if I saw it. If you guys guys want a new rule, cool - bring it up for a discussion...but you guys definitely should not be banning people for having the tag GS or ESS GEE at this exact moment in time because that's not bannable. [sG] is our admin tag - and we used to even let people from that popular community (drawing a blank right now on their name) use their tag of sG in our servers because it's an obviously different tag...but that's semantical as it's the same letters and I would definitely understand an admin banning for that. someone being a douche and telling people they are an admin obviously voids what I am saying - if they do that then yes take appropriate action...but someone sitting in a server with the tag [GS] should not be banned...like period. I would be more than happy to discuss the possibility of changing rules and whatnot, but as of this exact moment, do not ban for that.
  5. Lmfao go fuck yourself. Don't give a fuck what you think about me, but you're out of your mind if you think you can make a thread with no intention other than trying to take a jab at me. You're going to lose.
  6. Just as a heads up, in case any of you were wondering, we increased the donation goal by another $50 to try and slowly cover from the amount we spent on plugins (roughly $700).
  7. Right now we are in the process of fixing up and updating some of our current features (Shouts, Tagging, Shoutbox, etc.) as well as adding a new arcade, and possibly some other stuff that will remain a secret for now. Look to the future for some new features hopefully!
  8. ^^ Spiked and I are not off work yet
  9. Hey folks - we should be getting some of the stuff up and running tonight. We're gonna have to purchase new licenses, so it has taken a little bit of time. Thanks for your patience
  10. i lifted a weight once
  11. say bye bye to that bitch ass vb brand at the bottom of the page
  12. because I posted it in the BD section and it sat there for a few hours until we were ready and then I moved it to here
  13. Hello everyone - it's that time again for some promotions! Not a whole lot going on other than this, so we'll keep it short and sweet. First, we'd like to recognize Frosty for his hard work as an AO / CA, because he has decided he needs to step down and focus on RL. Thanks for your hard work. Now, for Community Advisor, we'd like to welcome McBride and Crawfish! Both have put in lots of hard work for the community, and we are sure that they will provide nothing but stellar work in the future. McBride was previously a CA, and we are glad that he is able to come back to us in a higher capacity than SA. For Administrative Officer, we are promoting ShoieP and LampShade! These two have shown hard dedication and love for this community, and we look forward to the hard work they are going to provide via the many many many many many many hours of AO work. Yay! Give a round of applause to these four being promoted!
  14. I can honestly say that if I saw a player complaint for free killing because someone was legitimately asking to be killed repetitively, and another person killed them, I would reject it.
  15. Hello everyone, Sorry it has taken me a few days to wrap this thing up - it has certainly been a hectic month for me and I really haven't been around too much and had other obligations I had to attend to. Anyways, this is about the results of the August fundraiser we held for McBride & his family. Last month, we were going to donate 50% of our earnings to Mcbride for him to do whatever he wishes with. Including all PayPal fees and subtracting our monthly dedi cost, his portion came out to be $351.27, which we'll just round to $352. Congratulations to McBride and thanks again everyone for the turnout and the support. However, I want to be upfront when I tell you that I deceived every single one of you when I told you that we were going to donate 50% of our profits to McBride. Since this entire thing started, I have never intended to give McBride this amount, even when it was just an idea between Spiked and myself. Sorry, McBride, but you will not be receiving $352 from us. "But why, Caution? How could you tell us all that half of what we donate would go to McBride, then turn around and not give it to him?" Quite frankly, there are very few things around here that excite me anymore. That doesn't mean I dislike this place or don't have fun here, but anyone who has served as an AO or higher for longer than 6 months will quickly tell you the shift to a managerial role can be a difficult one. It's not really about playing on the servers and messing around anymore, it's about policies, punishments, meetings, managing, so on and so forth. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but it's easy to become burned out on it - so once again, thank you to all my AO's, TA's, BD's, and my VP who stick around running the show. Someone who was recently banned made some sort of comment about us being power hungry at the top...I can promise you that we could give an absolute shit less about that. We do the things we do because we've been around for a decade - most gaming communities cannot say the same. While we venture outside of our comfort zone here and there, we try and stick to our old traditions because we truly believe they work. Anyways, deceiving all of you, including McBride, excited me greatly. Why? This entire month, I was pretty ecstatic about the amount of money that we were going to receive in VIP / Sub / Credit purchases. Spiked was in on it with me the whole time, but other than that, not a soul knew (unless Spiked opened his big fat mouth). We had absolutely never intended on giving McBride 50% of our profits. Ever. When we started this fundraiser, we wanted it to be sort of a secret when we launched it. But, out of respect for McBride and his privacy, we obviously could not do that comfortably. So, after he said it was okay, we started the process to launch the fundraiser. I mentioned earlier that Spiked and I don't typically get too 'excited' about things around here as much anymore - launching this fundraiser was a bit different...but we still wanted more. Unfortunately, we lost the element of surprise just due to the nature of the event. So, instead of being up front with everyone about what our true intentions were, we kept it a secret because we wanted to be able to still have some sort of surprise. @McBride - you will not be getting $354. We never planned on giving you 50% of our profits...because, from the beginning, we always planned on giving you 100% of our profits for this month...which brings us to a new amount of $708. We just wanted to surprise you again in a positive way one more time. Good luck bro and I wish you nothing but the best =] To everyone who participated in the fundraiser: thanks for your help and thanks for your support. This was a true time for all of us to pull together to help a fellow community member, and you guys did an awesome job. I'm sure you can understand now why we tricked all of you Thanks everyone.
  16. was there just one star war
  17. Thanks everyone for participating. I will make another announcement with the outcome of this fundraiser hopefully tomorrow.
  18. I have no idea where this "having to slay" trend started, but it's pretty dumb. Admins really should not be requiring people to slay when shit is an obvious accident or obviously crossfire; it comes off as power hungry and douchey. If someone is going over the line with it, then sure - but there is no reason to require somebody to slay over it happening once. Shit happens.
  19. Tipping is retarded. It's one of the only things I'm recognizably hypocritical about because I still do it, but I am so against tipping. The employer should be responsible for paying the wages of the employee, not the consumer. Makes absolutely zero sense and America is one of (if not the) only country that does it as like a mandatory thing. And I've worked the food industry, so I understand what it is like - but any waiter who says 'I don't even make minimum wage' is full of shit or is getting illegally paid by their employer because the Fair Labor Standards Act says the contrary.
  20. I think it's not as much of a problem today as it used to be back in the days of CSS. HLDJ was immensely popular back then and I hardly ever hear someone using programs like it nowadays. As mentioned, I don't really experience it as spam either usually, it's usually a quick sound that's played with some relevance to the current situation in the server. If anything, it's mostly just people mic spamming themselves.
  21. that is exactly what an air traffic controller does
