My father needs a laptop and I know nothing about buying them, so I was hoping some of the SG members here could give me a hand with finding a decent machine. The price range is $500-600. Absolutely no more than $600. He wants the largest screen you can get at that price(this being the biggest request), along with a built in wifi, webcam, and a decent graphics card. The HD doesn't have to be huge, but moderate in size, close to 300GB if possible. This is mainly for work, not a gaming machine, so the extent of entertainment and media is along the lines of Netflix and some lower end games. Any suggestions and links would be highly appreciated.

All of you are annoying, all of you are immature, and all of you use/spam those mics way too much. It doesn't matter if you are 7, 17, or 27, since there are plenty willing or unwilling to screw up a good thing. That's all i'm trying to get at Neji. Why are you guys having someone else talk for you when you have different opinions, wants, and reasons? It doesn't make sense to me when someone supports you and makes some thread and pretty much all 3 of you say completely different things. Neji is oblivious, Dracula doesn't agree, and Soul has had a change of heart. How am I or anyone else suppose to take that seriously?

I don't control whether or not he gets unbanned, but he has a well deserved ban waiting for him and I will make that no matter the circumstances. Whether or not he is removed from the perma ban list is irrelevant, he will still be facing another when he comes back. It's just sitting there for him.

What I expect, as probably anyone would, it to atleast admit some fault. What is that bullshit about you learning from your mistakes and want to try harder. That is what this thread was suppose to show, and aside from Soul, neither of you are even pretending that you were at fault or that it even really matters. Hell, Soul is throwing himself under the bus to get atleast one of you in to get some sympathy points, but you won't even pretend what he says is some collected effort amongst yourselves.

The only thing you care about Neji, is getting into the TTT server. Members are supporting and vouching for you and you don't even want to associate with them. You don't give a shit about the forums, SG, or the members, just getting a few hours on TTT every day. Dracula hasn't written a single significant sentence. He hasn't defended himself, owned up to anything, and he still pushes out that same old bullshit he has since day one. No one here is even really defending you guys except yourselves. Even your supporters can't get a decent comment out.

Why are you even bothering sticking up for those two? You clearly need to remove "others" from that because they are hurting your chances of getting back in. Neji doesn't give a shit and he clearly states it and Dracula is the same guy with the same responses that everyone came to love and admire about him. You are defending that, siding with them, and you think that's helping? Associating with those two dipshits is what's ensuring you won't ever get an unban.

I'm glad that response works for you Soul, and if it works for you, why wouldn't it work for the BD, admins, or other members here right? I can see that you put a lot of thought and effort into that single sentence. Fuck it, let's skip even announcing the unbans and go straight to the party and celebrate.

If you want to make it public, go ahead and make it public. Only this time around, own up to your mistakes and make a respectable appeal to the public. The 3 of you should tell the community exactly why you were banned, your offenses made previous of that, why players still want you banned, and why exactly you should be unbanned. Instead of chatting it up with your handful of buddies in vent privately, bring it all out into the open and let both the new and the old get the full story and then make a decision. I wouldn't mind seeing that myself. Even though it would not change my opinion of the matter in the least since I have seen your records, it would be exceptional if you manned up and tried to prove to everyone that you have actually had a change of heart instead of trying to desperately make some half assed attempt to get into SG servers and forums since you face a boring summer.

Doesn't look too bad Harpreet, but does Penguin want a monitor as well? 3.4GHz, 8GB ram, 1TB HDD, Windows 7 64-bit? A lot of that just isn't necessary in my opinion, but while we are in this particular area, I am interested in knowing what Penguin plans to use this computer for. Since you don't know much about computers, I assume you aren't doing anything that would actually utilize a high-end performance machine. The build Harpreet has is nice, but you can cut the costs significantly picking a machine to match your preferences. Don't get me wrong though, I am not trying to simply save you a buck, but it's really just a waste of money if you aren't even going to use half of the thing's potential. My suggestion would be to go cheaper, something to fit your wants at the moment, but also upgradable. In a year or two, you simply upgrade a piece to meet the requirements. For instance, I paid 3000$ for my machine 2+ years ago and it's probably half of what Harpreet's example is. I still plan to keep it for 2-4 more years atleast and have yet to upgrade a single piece. I splurged and ended up kicking myself when I saw that a year later that the same exact build cost half, 1.5 years ago it cost 1/3.

Are you planning to build a PC or simply want something start up immediately after purchase? Before you make the decision though, I highly suggest building considering you get more bang for your buck and it's not difficult to do. A monkey can put the hardware together.

That's just women, that's just in the household, and that's just simply being beaten. When you include men, all women, children, rapes, murders, assaults, other countries, the world in general, etc.. Well, it's quite obvious no one can or will give a definitive number, but you can assume it's quite a large one. Take a quarter, walk into your nearest grocery, pick and spot, close your eyes, spin around 10 times and toss it over your shoulder. Wherever the coin lands, it's a good bet that probably atleast 2 people within 25 feet of it beats one of their children, their wives or husbands, has raped or murdered, or basically committed some atrocity in their lifetime or currently are. This article isn't exactly uncommon, nor were the circumstances, the motives, or the victims. It's a shame it happened, but then again, I don't recall anyone saying this world is full of sugar and rainbows either.

Your description of the film is vague Runski. If you could, can you share a bit more detail with us? One of the best ways to identify a horror film, considering what you have written so far I can assume this title does fit into that genre, is to provide as much detail as you can concerning the monster. What exactly makes this humanoid "spiderlike"? Does it look like a spider? Does is have eight legs? Does it crab walk? Does it wrap people in cocoons, hang them on webs, and then drinks the victim's blood? Does it shoot spider webs out of it's ass? Again, as much detail as you can would be appreciated. What color was it's skin? Did it have technology of any kind? Did it have abilities such as running fast, jumping over tall building, was able to see body heat? Another and perhaps the easiest way would simply be to tell us who the actors are. Do you recognize them in anything else? If so, what are those movies called, and if the name doesn't come to mind, describe those movies as well. Why exactly do you think they were criminals? What was their goal? Were they in military uniforms, lab coats, maybe civilian attire? Anything else would help. Should be pretty quick to find this one if you can give anything more. Shot in the dark though. Type in a search engine "Predator" and tell me if that is the creature you are talking about. EDIT: @Epsilon - The link Retard posted is one for Scifi Original Movies.
