  1. You saw it too aye? Hmm...I could definitely settle for an all-knowing, super intellect. Controlling the global economy, creating anything I wished for, from personalized eco friendly jet packs to unrivaled next gen military advancements. Hell, I may even create the first fully programmable and interactive fembot, making that annoying other half obsolete.
  2. What's this...toothpaste you speak of?
  3. Nothing. Not a damn significant thing aside from a bunch of misguided cult members committing suicide because they were too weak of mind. Personally, I applaud this, but a giant meteor or nuclear strike global wide, killing off everyone almost instantaneous, would certainly be one hell of a show. I just hope I have enough time to set up a lawn chair and that free popcorn, cigarettes, and beer are available. Rofl. They actually came out with two more of these movies?
  4. Forgot the 350 lb. cousin for a wife, 8 kids, food stamps, lack of running water and electricity, and not to mention birth defects. But who the hell doesn't like to burn shit down every other day?!?! Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwww *** Think imma have to definitely pick up a few of these lunchable things myself.
  5. Goldeneye, obviously. That was just none stop hours of replay value there, and perhaps the only shooter in which I ever enjoyed multiplayer to such an extent.
  6. No, it's pretty much the same. Probably worse do to ignorance, but hey, whatever floats your boat.
  7. It has always been "frowned" upon. Particularily in the past because I believe the Japanese populace continuously confused them with "NEET" characters. They young individuals who don't go to college, stay at home, don't work, and pretty much contribute nothing to society while all the time mooching off their parents. I think Otaku is suppose to be similar to calling someone a nerd, but for some reason, people thought it was cool in the western regions so they starting taking pride in being called that. Much like being referred to as a redneck I assume.
  8. Oh whiterabbit...good site. Purchased their flash cards...very nice.
  9. Give me link! I want that pizza and some sushi.
  10. Really? Oh ok. Yeah, I think the extent of what we had of these were, make your own gummy worms and creepy crawlers or something. Anyone remember that? Or do they still have that stuff around? Man, you got like 30 pounds of sugar to screw round with and it made one hell of a mess. EDIT: The other movies linked to this one don't appear edible. Check out the little house set, interesting stuff there.
  11. I don't care if it's for girls, I would have played with this shit as a kid.... Hell, I would still play with it. Looks pretty realistic on a miniature scale anyways. Nothing this sophisticated will ever find itself on shelves in the United States and that's a shame. Look at that. You got your tuna, roe, and eel maybe? A meal for champions.
  12. Any dish really, or none. Kinda curious if or what may have come to mind when you said compliment. What picture came to mind? Eating a steak, sitting on the beach, conversing with friends, just relaxing in a lazy boy...food, the setting..that kind of thing. EDIT: Also, fruit and combo recommendations are still welcome by anyone else who may want to add to the thread.
  13. Yeah, I was actually tossing around the idea of pomegranate myself. It is a little mellow, little bitter, but it could definitely work with the right quantity. Curious though, since i don't drink or eat much of it myself. Anything in particular when you say it could compliment something well? I picture a dry pom wine with something a bit sweet and sour.
  14. Booze is for the ladies only! Meeting women was the entire point of this thread..obviously. Although Jewpiter...the trade does sound nice. Mead does take some time to age though before it an individual should drink it...downside of being wine basically. EDIT: Unless you are living in Europe, I would highly suggest not purchasing a bottle from your local ethnic market. Only hear horrible reviews. http://www.hiddenlegendwinery.com/landing.asp I think a few bottles of these are contest/competition winners, so take a look. Prices are reasonable and it's has your traditional meads(Honey & Water) to more fruit melomel(Chokecherry & Blackberry). Little info and backstory can be found here too.
  15. Thank you :O Hell, if I knew proper ages of people, I wouldn't have minded shipping some bottles out to share the product. Making mead isn't really that difficult of a process; a child could do it really. Making good mead takes a bit more finesse. It's only as good at your ingredients, and shit is expensive around here. $8 for a 40oz container of storebought honey...not cheap when you want 30+ pounds of the stuff.
  16. best rapper

If you read them, then you know perfectly well nothing substantial was altered in anyway. It's not much of an argument when the facts are right there. If you want to bitch and moan because I say rap is shit, that's fine. But I contribute just about as much as the next, even if it's negative. Take the cock out of your ass and quit trying to act like this is some kind of serious attack on your precious ego BRO. Poppin out.
  17. best rapper

Re-Read them or check the quotes, because I certainly didn't change my opinion of Rap. That doesn't mean I can't add to it or choose who is the best from the bottom of the barrel. Try again.
  18. best rapper

I thought I made myself clear? Or do dead people not count? It's Tupac.
  19. best rapper

Just stating my opinion. But yes, I do consider this noise wrong, in every sense of the word. You have a problem with me mentioning Tupac, or is he even remembered anymore? As I said, Rap IS NOT music. But since this is the first time I have ever actually come into the music thread(seeing rap represented as music caught my attention), I had to say something. But enough of that though, just poppin in, seeing how things are going. Flaming? Ehh, not really.
  20. best rapper

Rap is not music. It's a bunch of untalented wannabes getting famous for picking up a "Rhyming for Dummies" book at the local Barnes & Noble and throwing on a Do-Rag. It's shit, shit, double shit, complete garbage, piece of shit, topped with shit, annoying as hell, fucking tired of hearing it everywhere, even in RedNeck country (aka Missouri), shit, shit, shit, shit, shit. Fucking listen to this garbage all day, every day, for 10 years, and then you pretend it's the schiiznit for the popadopolis mutha on the wack train back from Haiti to 8 mile. :Spit on Rapper's Grave: Hell, do any of you even remember when Tupac died? Easily the best year of my life.
  21. Distillation, very nice. These won't have a high ABV, probably 14%(28 proof) general and some 20%(40 proof) if I feel like it. I don't really drink to get drunk, but this seems a good level to enjoy with company. I was definitely planning to make my first batches include Strawberry and Raspberry since I personally like those. I plan to stick with a simple melomel without many other variables aside from the fruit. I can't quite comprehend the appeal of ginger, but I see it a lot in mead recipes, so I will certainly keep in in mind for the next line of batches.
  22. Yeah, I'm not much of a beer drinker, and unusual as it is living here in Missouri, not many of my family members or neighbors are either, so it would be lost on me. I may venture into it later though considering it's not that much of a change in direction.
  23. He isn't even Korean!
  24. As a hobby I have decided to take up "mead making" and although I am personally not a very big drinker(not like some drunks & lightweights around here who shall remain unnamed), I do enjoy cooking and making wine. I find it a relaxing activity and before you start questioning my level of masculinity, go make a 3 course meal for you woman and then tell me her appreciation wasn't a worth the effort of learning how to dice a couple of onions. Not to mention it's a hell of a lot cheaper and healthier on the college student compared to the alternatives such as speed dialing Dominos or stocking up on a month's supply of hungryman meals from the frozen food section at the nearest grocery store. It's been on my to-do-list for quite some time, so I thought I would get the ball rolling and start the preperations. Combinations are endless, but right now I am starting with the basics before I move onto something more complex. I plan to make some semi-sweet & dessert wines. Such as meant to be for an occasional glass in the evening after work, and those to pair with a good dessert such as butter pecan brownies with a buttercream frosting, poured over a bowl of vanilla icecream, or simply served chilled, by itself, to finish off and balance those heavier dishes. ************************************************************************** Help me gather together some some good combinations. Pick your favorite fruit & some other ingredients to make what you think would be a good base for wine and post here. Example Wine Ingredients: Fruit: Raspberry Optional Additive: Chocolate Final Product: Chocolate Raspberry Rapture Served with dessert: Chocolate souffle topped with whipcream, fresh raspberries, and mint. ************************************************************************** Yes, I am bored, haven't had a decent night's sleep in 4 days, and this is the crap that keeps my mind busy. Seriously, any combinations would be welcomed though. I am not very creative, and knowing what people seem to enjoy the most, tends to allude me. Special Thanks to those SG members who give me such inspiration TheVirus Blargh Vivian Mystique Garfield Paul Jen Always provide a good laugh on vent.
