It's just simply not feasible. The forums are run on the vbulletin platorm. All the themes are created within vbulletin. It's not like a simple php/html page you can create on your own then submit that for review. Granted, I have no problems with people submitting a "mock up" sketch how how they would like the forums to look but giving users access to vbulletin is not possible. Hopefully this answers your question ;3

Make sure you are copying the image file. Meaning the URL should have a an extension of. .jpg .png. gif When I go to my signature I see a text box and 2 options for upload (url/attachment) do you not see these? Or are you saying these options go away after you set a signature? Using straight up bbcode like shoiep said is the best way

Not sure what type of memory you have now, but you could upgrade it. (I noticed your MB has 2x slots for DDR4)... Other than the processor you are already getting... Not much else. your motherboard does not have m.2 slot, so your storage is limited to SATA SSD (I assume you have that already)

Not something that is remotely plausible. Each theme was made for SG by dedicated members. (Huge shoutout to floffypus - probably the biggest contributor). But without the access to the backend functions of the site, its just not possible to "outsource" this to the general public
