Hi everyone! I recently bought two guitars! One of them I was trying to buy through my local music store for a few months, the other I just kind of found out about and bought it on a whim. I was going to make a demo vid for the white guitar but I just said fk it. I'm no good in front of video cameras haha. The first one is a Parker Nitefly V4 made in 1998. Still in really good condition! carbon fiberzzzzz and the one ding. I was notified beforehand. i cant even feel it at all while playing And the second is a Schecter Blackjack ATX C-7 in vintage white. Brand new baby! This is actually the first brand new guitar I've bought since 2008. And here's a nice group shot of mah stuff. I have a classical guitar (nylon strings) and a normal acoustic that aren't in this photo. Any question please feel free to ask! Thanks for looking!

i about shit myself when i saw on that vid clip "new album out APRIL 15" but i just checked online and its not due till may 17. this band is pretty damn good. didnt like 'dark matter dimensions' quite as much as their other stuff. still wish they had their old singer as opposed to the new pair of singerS but these guys are still good. the guitarist Per Nilsson is a super kickass player. bob tyrant loblaw i wanted to comment in your thread with that soilwork song but its closed what do you think of their latest album? i initially liked it a lot, then kinda got worn out on it quickly, then all of the songs grew on me again. 'epitome' and 'later for the kill, early for the slaughter' are my two fav tracks. sworn to a great divide is their top album IMO and i dont think it will be topped.

ive only had it glitch on me once, a few days ago. i had bought one then i spent the whole first rnd i had it waiting for it to arm and it never did. hit my detonate cmnd and nothing happened. waited till i had enough cash again to buy, tried to buy, said i can only wear one bomb sure am glad its back though. no matter how hard people are raging, it seems to make most everyone laugh.

good luck man! dont go UA and try to avoid breaking any bones as that shit will set you back a week at a time.

the brand is Prostar, i found it in a computer mag a few years ago and had some money to blow so i didnt mind dropping the cash i did on it. 17" screen, cant find my receipt right now but the model number was something like DC917. ive taken off the bottom panel and theres definitely two places for HDs. i guess i could just email the company eh? ive done that before and havent really recieved a clear answer, plus i dont know my model number.

so a while back the console command used to be stopsound to stop music or some weird sound that somehow found itself on repeat. now obviously its snd_restart, but lately when i do that to stop the music because im listening to my own, its like it shuts off all mic chat and i have to rejoin the server to hear people talking on mics (i dont have one of my own). i quit for a few months and recently started playing again. was there some update somewhere that started causing this to happen? i didnt notice it before. any suggestions?

it appears that the CD rom drive in my laptop has stopped working properly. it used to make this terrible squealing noise whenever id try to play a disc, but it got to where it makes that sound every time i boot up the computer so i just opened it and i leave it open. i bought an external drive but if i were to try reinstall windows after reformatting, would my computer recognize the external drive and be able to do it? also, the 180 gb HD is damn near full, way fuller than what i hear HDs should be, but i have space for two more HDs. is there anything special i need to check before i buy another internal HD? they're all going to be the same size and have the same connections right? if it matters, this laptop is a little over 3 yrs old i really need a laptop at the moment and this thing works great that i cant justify buying a tower just yet. i know ive got a bit of research to do myself on these things but any help on the CD rom drive and the HD sizes would be terrific.

why the hell do people associate avenged sevenfold with emo?? not even close man i was fucking shocked and bummed at the news when i first heard it as ive been a dream theater fan for about 10 years now. if mike was for whatever reason quitting music altogether then id still be bummed. but he's always had multiple projects going and he said those would continue. i actually saw avenged sevenfold in houston a week ago so seeing mike rocking out behind the drums and still clearly enjoying it made me feel better. plus ive grown into an a7x fan over the last few years so id be content if he were to stay with this band. i just wish mike was still a part of this group: http://www.osiband.com/ he was for the first two albums but not the 3rd from last year R.I.P.
