1. I disagree with this. If you are spending 15,000 on a bomb I think you should be able to use it when you want. The only reason I say this is because I have seen rounds where the CTs are just getting destroyed and you don't have the opportunity to use the bomb. I do think the bomb should be reset after map change because the bomb will follow a player if they don't use the bomb during that map.
2. I agree with this except make it something more like 20-30 seconds. 60 seconds is a long time and cells are usually opened before a minute. 20-30 seconds to give clear orders and then the T's can complain about freekilling.
3. I am not sure of the ruling on this but I do not completely agree because on maps such as razor T's can open the cells and run around but I think the CTs should be able to have some control over the jail still. Plus you get those dumb CTs that don't know what they are doing and just randomly open cells.
4. I don't think that there should be a distance set really because if you decide a knife length that is pretty hard to determine. If the CT is dumb enough to get close to the T's he should be killed.
5. 100 is fine with me as well, I agree.

7. Agreed. However, I see the same maps that are being played on the server just because they are popular among the SG crowd. There really aren't that many good PB maps available I don't think.
8. Disagree. Sorry but block is very useful. It prevents T's from stacking if a T shoots a CT they can hide inside the other T's and result in a CT killing both. This is especially important when it comes to warning shots. I do like block, it can be annoying with people blocking but the blockers will usually get killed.
9. Not sure what to say.
10. Disagree...death games result in kill happy 12 year olds that look for excuses to kill. Simon says do this, oh you didn't do it? Let me raise my kill count by killing you. Too many freekills and complaints would rise. This is the one thing that really attracted me to this server versus others. CTs in other servers would give orders and if you made the slightest mistake...you're dead. It can be aggravating. In order to make it more fast paced...rebel.
11. The LR thing would be nice but I think it forces a CT to play a deathgame which on SG you are not required to. I may be mistaken though.
12. I think the round time is pretty much long enough as is.
13. I do agree with this that sometimes people cry warning shots for dumb reasons. Really warning shots are used for tasks such as uncrouching when they say crouch or just delaying. But for directly disobeying orders you are able to kill them that is in the rules.
I think you bring a lot of interesting ideas to SG but one thing I noticed you mentioned a few times is that "every other server does this." I don't think SG needs to be exactly like other servers and I think that is why they stand out. Sure they aren't perfect but I enjoy the rules that they have in place and I don't think a whole lot needs to be changed except maybe fixing up a few rules.
