Point of fact.. when service or support start to go downhill.. (such as in this case of limiting access) the consumers run to the nearest competition. If Virgin goes forward with this type of business model it will only hurt them and the would most likely backtrack quickly due to consumer response. It just doesn't make sense.. in order for something like this to work all ISP's would have to do the same thing at the same time.. which just won't happen.

You still have over a year left before they end of life the XP patching.. and even then I'm not so sure they will end XP patching. For example if you run WSUS (Windows Server Update Services) you still get critical and security updates for Windows 2000! Even though it is technically past it's "End of Life" for patching. Granted they won't issue driver and software updates for that OS but who cares?

Here are the guns I currently own.. Ruger P89 - 9mm HK USP Compact .45 Mossberg 590 Remington model 700 .308 I am too lazy to take photos of my guns and post them so I just used google images. My rifle and shotgun stocks are a little beat up but still work great. I am currently in the market for a good assault rifle.. I sold my SKS before I got married.. 8 years is too long to have gone without a good assault rifle.

Cisco Certified Internet Expert.. Basically you pay out the arse.. Very expensive tests (which you can take as many times as you are willing to pay for..) that include switches & routers etc. that you have to configure/fix, not just written exams. And if you're very very very good you pass the tests. (The last I looked at them the tests had a less than 12% pass rate) A friend of mine passed and now makes well over 6 figures.

Finished my CCNA .. thinking about taking the CCIE classes so that I can make the big bucks. Word of warning any and all Microsoft certs are complete waste of time.. I have my MCSE (but only because the company I worked for at the time required it and paid for it)

Where did you get that info.. The MS rep assigned to our corp account stated that it will be supported until the end of 2009. The only thing that will change end of June is that OEM system builders such as Dell can no longer offer pre-installed XP.

There were many good reasons they skipped ME.. And tbh I can't see any reason not to skip Vista.
