They're called Artifacts, meaning your card is about to shit itself aka it's gonna die. if you still have warranty you should return it. Artifacts have nothing to do with drivers it's hardware related. there are all different types of Artifacts from tiny dots to big lines and big squares.

i wouldn't count on yours being faster seeing as he has 2 CPU's both quadcore and being 1 of the better CPU's available and 24 SSD's in RAID, so unless you have the same SSD's and 2 better CPU's you can call it faster.
