there are GTX cards for laptops, they're mobiel versions tho but they exist. just look at the MSI GT60, GT70, GE60, GE70 series. well technically it's possible, but you'll lose the warranty on the laptop if you open it, so i won't advice you to open it.

you do know that you're supposed to apply the thermal paste on the CPU and spread it out when you press the heatsink on the CPU. Noctua probably won't fit cuz of the memory heatsinks. So the best he could go with is the Liquid Coolers, from either Corsair, Thermaltake, Intel or Antec. or a custom loop, but thats really expensive, tbh.

this is also part of your problem, do not, i repeat, DO NOT leave your case open, it ruins the airflow and fuck with your PC. and will collect dust a lot faster. and ye just replace the thermal compound, with some Silver5 and you're good to go. (doesn't need a lot, like half a grain of rice, is even too much) But seeing as you're looking for a new CPU cooler, don't buy an H100i, not worth it, an H60 or H70 or H80 is good aswell, especially for a Phenom II.

you seriously don't need a 7990, it's way overpriced. just stick with the GTX680, it will last you around 3-5 years. but ye as Tweezy said, you should get a PCIe 3.0 mobo, not a lot of improvement either tbh, but go with brands like ASUS, MSI, ... get the P8Z77 Deluxe, it come with bluetooth and wifi and such.

if it has to be wireless, you could go with the Logitech G700, they're pretty good and have a few adjustable buttons. other options: Logitech MX Performance Mouse Mad Catz Cyborg R.A.T.9 (not the best looking mouse, but pretty good) For wired mouse i would go with Logitech G500, can't do anything wrong with that
