  5. actually I kind of enjoy it... crime v. punishment, understanding, philosophy, its like reading a decent book, but with screaming mimi's occasionally making an off the wall comment.
  6. The imbecility runs deep in this group, yes.

  8. the sheer size of the universe makes me believe that in ALL that space, there HAS to be some sort of life out there... whether it is intelligent, or for that matter, technologically advanced, is a different story.
  9. You supermanned that ho.

  12. I had a bad experience with steam when they first came out, kind of has kept me off it all these years. I may have to give it another try sometime.
  13. Like I said dude, I cant give you advice legally, as I am not yet an attorney but we can openly debate the issue here on the forum. Child support is in support of an existing child, no child-no support. Support payments are a seperate thing and must be established by the person requesting them as a need, and then the court must grant them. Paladin is pretty on the ball here, I doubt she would be able to get a "give me money now" card from the court. Again, however, I reiterate that this is not legal advice, as we are all just talking on the subject. Is she alleging you got her preggo against her own will? Tough situation you are in there, dude
  14. No, muchacho, yo no ha hecho ese tipo de cosas. No me interesa ha meterme en maldades, yo ha traballado demaziado duro en mis pocos anos en este munda a joder lo todo para hacer unas comemierderias. translation No dude, I havent dont these type of things, as Im not interested in delinquent activities, I've worked too hard in my few years on the planet to fuck it by doing some dumb shit. Except, you are assuming that robbery, theft, larceny, and fraud have ever been considered positive or passable activities. They used to hang you for all of those activities in England, and in this country, as well as most of the world. You are arguing an illogical point, basically you are arguing: All things change, beliefs are things, therefore all beliefs will change... but its incorrect, as it assumes the extreme position that ALL changes... but not ALL things change... somethings don't change at all, and because SOME beliefs dont change... it kills the logic of the statement. All things CAN change, beliefs are THINGS, but not all beliefs change, as they are subject to years of adherence. Generally, throughout human history, now, and about oh say, 99.99% likely that the belief will never change that taking something that does not belong to you is wrong. Its a social more that has existed among our kind since we were beating each other with rocks. As long as there is a concept of ownership, that belief, that theft, robbery, and any generally unlawful taking is wrong, will exist. .
  15. ... Oh, I fear for this generation.
  16. I would check the state in which you reside. I would also ask where exactly does she plan to establish that you have a financial responsibility to her? Have you previously agreed to pay her bills? Is she doing something in return for the payment of these bills? Are you her guardian? While I cannot offer you legal advice legally (no pun intended), I'll make a "classroom comment" and would say that this seems as if they are trying to frighten you into doing something by abusing threat of legal process.
  17. I agree, I dont think a thread needs to be locked because the people with sense tell someone they are being foolish. Theft is theft dude, its not something to be proud of...
  18. A few points: 1. no one makes you work. Also, what you describe sounds like a contract fee dispute.. you go to court for that, with a lawyer, and you do something called keep paper records of transactions... additionally most contracts for construction are multipart, so the whole contract may have been worth 200K, but you may have only had a subcontract worth, X or Y amount, less than the total price... again, keep paper records. 2. People worry about the police here when it comes to traceable financial fraud... its a crime... a felony to be exact, one of those actions that prevents you from getting citizenship, and can actually have you deported. 3. A breach of contract dispute does not excuse your actions that you decided to divulge here. 4. While we are on the subject, re: racism (above slavic and red) the latest post re: "WHITE PEOPLE" actually smacks of such racial/stereotypical undertones that people seem to be so terrified of... but its apparently okay, because its an affront against whites as opposed to an "oppressed group", which by the way, as a member of such an allegedly "oppressed group" I think the double standard where caucasians are fair game but everyone is taboo is a crock of hillary clinton stroganoff... but ill leave it at that, because Im not a PC Nazi, and for the record, dont give a rats ass about PC or bent feelings. Lastly, what would you do in the situation if it was in Colombia exactly? What would you do to show them how to respect you? Moreover, what the hell does it have to do with respect? You are in the U.S., where we use the courts to deal with our problems, rather than a machete. Alluding to an ominous action that may occur due should the event had happened in Colombia only serves to reinforce the image that its a third world country that is not able to keep a consistent rule of law over its people. I reiterate the point that it is the actions of individuals such as yourself that make the hispanic community look suspect, from window cleaner to good looking lawyer.
  19. ^ word. Matt, just for future reference, felonies dealing with transactional fraud stick alot harder than pot related, etc. felonies. Additionally, in your state, 16 is about the age where they treat you as an adult, losing civil rights, possible prison time, etc. to get a minuscule benefit from having a petty amount of money is not worth the reprecussions of felony records on your head at your age... not saying it to be a dick, but because I knew way too many people growing up that did some dumb shit like that and cant even get hired by wal-mart and jiffylube now. dude, you make me sick... theft is theft, and going on the fact that you can write half legibly in spanish, Im going to say this: you are an embarrassment to the hispanic community, and are part of the reason why people give us so much shit in the US. You do realize the ATMs have cameras right?
  20. Dude, word of advice: Credit card fraud is a federal offense in the US. Further, Texas has a lovely reputation for criminal justice... You should seriously reconsider your course of action. Also, tossing it up here on the board makes everyone else here an accessory since you announced it to a message board and are planning to use a form of payment that is traceable like a mofo.
