  1. If I can make it to the meeting, I'll also join the steam group chat incase vent gets full to relay messages.
  2. No detours and delays is not an implied rule, so if the CT's aren't saying it you're free to detour/delay a bit but you should eventually make it to the ordered area. If CT's are killing you without saying no detours and delays I would call that a freekill tbh.
  3. Added. =] Thank you for your help Ollie.
  4. Tied atm so I'll leave this for another week before deciding.
  5. WAiting for a bit more input before removing. =]
  6. rgrthat. removing!
  7. Removing~
  8. I removed warnings shot because it's gotten too T-sided on a lot of maps, razorv6, winter, lego, etc. Yes it's harder to rebel but this was one of the few things I could think of to make people want to actually play CT more and give orders, etc. Also from what TCP said when I suggested this, warning shots were only ever supposed to be for holstered guns, which it also says in the previous rules. Someone just started to bend the rules and the warning shots you know became some "unwritten rule" that was never actually a rule to begin with. It was always holstered pistols. If you're detouring to get a gun then I don't really see the problem lol, you just have to play smarter/differently than you used to and use teamwork.
  9. Removing now.
  10. I think at that point its up to the admins discretion based on the circumstances ingame. If you feel the guy isn't trying to kill the rebelling T's and just any T, then if you feel fit to slay him go ahead. Just be prepared for QQ'ing because the rule was purposely left leaning a bit to both sides. If it's one round I'd just leave shrug it off, but if you notice the same CT doing it over and over again just say something about it.
  11. I'm not really sure there is a straight yes/no answer on this one simply because it depends on the map and everything else going on. For the most part though, I'd say yes it's fine. Examples: I'd say if CT is last alive and NUMEROUS T's are rebeling, then I wouldn't slay the CT. If last CT is alive and a bunch of T's are rebelling him, I'd also say that's fine to spray them as it's a bit hard to tell who actually has intent to rebel and who doesn't. If it's last CT, and say 1 T got into armory and that CT was camping elsewhere so started killing other non-rebelling T's then I'd be like "uhhh.. really?"
  12. Ahh thank you very much. Do I need to bzip them as well or are they fine how they are?
  13. aw baby you know i'd give you the chance.

  15. I was originally going to add death games as the biggest change, but after thinking about it I figured most people would just QQ. You can play death games with those who want though, that's always been the rule. Just lock the rest up somewhere and leave 'em. =P Sorry about that, it's removed now. Eh, the rule is a bit on the side of caution because I don't want everyone to just kill anyone they see, but things do get kind of hectic as the last CT alive when you're vs a numerous amount of T's. So any "freekillings" as the last CT are a bit different than a normal freekilling. I wouldn't slay the last CT alive for killing any of the T's he sees honestly. At this point, most T's are already rebelling or looking to rebel anyhow.
  16. miss you too love:love:
