Counter Terrorists:
Keep those pesky prisoners in order!
1. Are not allowed to kill prisoners unless they are not complying with the rules given.
1A. No detours and delays is NOT implied. You must state no detours and delays if you wish to punish any player for not obeying.
2. Must give and explain reasonable rules. Cannot enforce the same rules round after round.
3. Are not required to give Last Request.
4. Cells must be opened by a reasonable time, you cannot leave Prisoners in their cells for an entire round. 4:00 Ideally
5. Are not allowed to plant guns on or bait Prisoners, no exceptions.
Baiting Examples:
Turning your back purposely to them
Running into a group of prisoners and hoping for the best
Impeding in their way to get to their ordered destination.
6. Warning Shots:
Holstered Pistols
Crouching/Uncrouching as sometimes people let go of their crouch key to type or their keyboard sucks.
Any non-rebellious activity (For example: Stay in water and you pop out of water for a second and go back in.) This does not mean, however, that warning shots are required when a terrorist is obviously disobeying orders.
Do NOT need warning shots:
If a prisoner has a weapon out
Prisoners who are in a restricted area
Prisoners not obeying rules
Restricted Areas for Terrorists:
Armory
Vents
Catwalks
Tunnels
*7. Death Games:
If a Prisoner does NOT want to participate, you cannot kill them.
Cannot force a Prisoner to obey an order which will directly result in their death.(IE: Execution chair)
8. As the last CT you should be aware that since your team mates are dead, enforcing rules will almost virtually be impossible, and a lot of the T's will have guns. Warning shots are not required for anything now, but try to avoid people not doing anything wrong.
9. If a CT is not actively participating by helping his team and simply camping, they will risk getting kicked or beaconed.
10. The first command given whether by microphone or text is the command prisoners must follow. If using text, please say the command more than once incase it is missed.
11. If more than one order is given, CT's either must agree or they cannot freekill the T's for disobeying due to the confusion in the round and your own lack of preparation.
12. Keep a ratio to make it fair to the T's. If CT's outnumber T's, please move over to T, or an admin will switch your team.
Terrorists:
Break Free!
1. Do not speak over a CT trying to give orders simply to drown out his orders.
An admin can mute you for the round time.
2. Death Games
Prisoners do NOT have to participate in any Death Game.
If unwilling to participate in a Death Game, you must listen to the order given by the CT. IE: They tell anyone not wanting to participate to go 4th cell on the lower floor.
4. You cannot be ordered to suicide/kill yourself by any means.(IE: Execution Chair/Type Kill)
