I've managed to pick up a few phrases from watching anime, VNs, and just being in Japan. Still have no idea what is being said though...

I play mostly IJN cruisers(tier 8) and USN Destroyers(tier 7). Working my way up the KM BB and CA line as well.

I've dumped a lot of time into a few of them just to play a single route. So far I've played: -ACE Academy (14 hours): Voice actors in english, pretty good, decent amount of interactions. -If My Heart Had Wings w/ Restoration and Sweet Love Patch (41 hours): My favorite so far. Art is good, OST is amazing, and with the restoration patch, it makes it 18+. Story is really addicting and has a good amount of comedy mixed in with emotional moments. -Go Go Nippon! My First Trip to Japan (6 hours): Text only, bought it on steam sale, good time killer. Lets you pull up google maps in game to see actual images for the place you visit in game. -Muv-Luv: Reading right now. Got it on steam sale, heard it was pretty good. Enjoying it so far. Steam version only comes with 2 of the 3 stories. Will have to find the third one once I finished the first two.

Anyone here read/play visual novels? I've been sinking my time into them recently and found them to be really enjoyable (and a huge time sink).

Anyone else have a VR headset (Oculus, Vive, OSVR, etc.). I have a HTC Vive and I'm loving the hell out of it, especially the hand controllers.

Been a while since I've posted. I've upgraded my armory to include an AR-50 (.50 BMG), GAP-10 (.308), SCAR 17 (.308), and my AR-15 (.223) AR-50, GAP-10, AR-15 SCAR-17

Get a GTX970, you won't regret it. Also consider getting a larger PSU just to future proof if you plan on adding anything else in the future. i5 is fine for gaming unless you do any video editing or whatnot, then you might want to consider an i7.

Type in Oak Harbor, WA and you'll find it. Nothing special about it tbh, except the stupidly high amount they charge for utilities.

Whidbey Island. It's just north of Seattle and it's connected by a bridge and some ferries, but it's still technically an island.

I forgot to mention we don't get snow here on the island. I'll have to buy another set of wheels to put the snow tires on, which is on my to-do list.

I was looking at getting some gravel tires but they dont make any for 17 inch wheels. And snow really isn't too much of an issue for me, just up in the mountains.

Already did a stage 1 tune with a Cobb Accessport. Getting in some Rallyarmor mudflaps today and once they make a brushguard and skidplate for my car, going to pick one up and mount some Hella lights on it. I traded it the RX8 for the STi because I needed a car that could carry my stuff across the country since I moved, plus I needed something with AWD for the winters up here in the Pacific Northwest.

Triton. I have an older pair of AX Pro's that work great. The in-line box it comes with can be kinda bulky but it does offer good sound quality, plus you can adjust the individual speaker output levels.

What kind of twist rate on that barrel (better be 1:7 or 1:8)

FPS, I prefer the story (Metro series). On a RTS, gameplay (Total War series)

A, the looks are something you'd probably see a a higher end restaurant, plus the portion size is pretty close to what they serve. It also sounds fucking tasty.
