You'll find the Arsenal has one of the lowest recoils of any production AK due to the AK-74 muzzle break. It's also extremely smooth considering its a pistol operated system.

The place I did the autocross at does have track days. Though my car is getting up there in miles, really don't want to risk destroying my daily driver at the track. I do plan of buying a more proper sports car next year though and will be taking it to the track. If you are looking to get rid of body roll, stiffen your suspension and get some anti-roll bars. Also have to remember the WRX was built more for rally racing than track racing. EDIT: Also, if you do decide to do a track day, make sure you have some good tires, like Dunlop ZII or the BF Rivals else you are just making it harder for yourself.

I alternate between running and weight lifting. I'll do 1.5-3 miles one day and the next day, I'll do some weight lifting and then some non-impact cardio like an elliptical or cycle. I also have a rest day, either Saturday or Sunday depending on how I feel. I've already injured myself once by working out too much, don't want to make the same mistake again.

Shooting my SGL-21. Did this on a bench at 50 yards with 40 shots, shooting Tula ammo from the SGL-21 with Aimpoint. Did that on a bench at 200 yards with 5 shots from my AR-30, shooting factory Hornady 285 gr .338 Lapua ammo. If it wasn't for that shot I pulled, I would have had a .75 MOA at 200 yards.

This, the M6 way isn't as bad as people make it out to be. IS-7 > IS-4, hands down. IS-4 is a sub par T10, IS-7 is much better all around.

From what I read, Sega actually is mostly hands-off when it comes to game development. They let the developers do what they want with the games, basically deciding their own fates unlike EA who runs everything like a dictatorship, ruining a lot of games that had potential (Star Wars: The Old Republic for example) and turning them into rubbish.
