I feel that situations like this in SG and other situations have helped me learn and grow as a person, in the end SG is just a community which you will be part of for maybe another few years?
It's best to make sure you know what you are doing is what you want and is right for you before considering how people on the internet, especially those who you have little care for will judge you

I think that sometimes sexism has been overstressed seeing as this is a male dominated community and most comments are intended playfully.
Having said that rape is definitely too far, and I have trust in you that you don't see women as good for rape so with your public apology you've acknowledged that you've overstepped the mark, apologized and hopefully the reputation and work you've done to gain CA will carry you through that.
The main thing though is that you really are sorry about it.
It's one thing to accept that what you have said isn't acceptable in SG but to not condone it yourself is an extra guarantee that you won't do it again.
You could relate that you people who are racist and just say "sorry" to get off the hook but are racist still......but you could have said something racist and then be ashamed to have said it.
Anyway good luck with whatever the aftermath is I can't see you taking a too heavy punishment just make sure it doesn't happen again

I don't know what you did, and yeah everyone oversteps the line at times.....that is why we have strikes etc to let people learn from their mistakes.
In the end if you weren't bothered about saying it before is a strike from SG really going to change your opinion?
If it does then SG is probably too much of an influence on you, but ofcourse learning to fit into the community that is SG and follow the rules is important within SG.

Yeah I live in England.
IMO the UK is average......although I don't really like what the government has done with it
