I'll take partial blame, in that I probably started this shit when I jokingly took panther steps. I would heckle the CTs saying I took a panther step since I'm a panther. Similar to my asking @Nuclear Onion where pool is when I know 90% of the maps. Problem here is, just like the #FreeDaPink crap I started, people took it and ran and now it's evolved to lord knows what. Think to resolve it, we just need to be more assertive and tell them that one step out face the back well, means just that. Any other crap is not following that order. If I ever got shot for it, I would heckle the ct over mic, but wouldn't try to cry freeshot or anything.

Maybe do two meetings. One with just admins to get us all on the same page first. Then an open meeting for the regulars to ask any questions and solve any issues.

Pyro has a good point that we can't have a rule for every tiny situation. Admin discretion is a very useful and often necessary tool for PB. The problem is admins aren't on the same page, and as such the discretion is often different. Not always the case, but it's usually the older admins having different stand points than new admins. Part of that is the older admins having a view anchored from the CSS days verses the newer admins having a view anchored from the new PB. Another part of that is an overall lack of experience like Pyro pointed out. Not to say all the new admins are unworthy/unfitting. Honestly, I agree the best thing we can do is just have an admin meeting and record it and summarize what was said. We just need to get as many people together and discuss certain trouble topics and get on the same page. We can then correctly inform the player base and the problems should, in theory, work itself out as admins and regs correct any problems.

I work in the morning and have an event I have to help with afterwards. I'll prob be hopping in around midnight EST or an hour before, give or take. It's more natural in the sense that people are used to it, over gmod's aiming. I am far more used to gmod's aiming and prefer it. It's all a matter of which one have you played more of. For example, in gmod I can pull of juan deag's and have a decent K/D. In CSGO I'm lucky to get a kill half the time. Playing TTT on csgo yesterday felt very odd and foreign. I understood the concept of the game due to having played so much, but everything felt wrong and weird. @Metal aiming is not a good reason for csgo over gmod. TTT is made and tailored for Gmod's engine. Literally every single thing in ttt worked better on gmod than ttt. Idk how much is stuff that can be adjusted by the higher ups, and high much is just limitations of the game itself.

I beg to differ....I voiced my complaints with it to bethy, so no real reason to say them here again. Just repeat what I said in server, I'll play TTT on CSGO if it's the only TTT we have, but I really don't like anything about CSGO's TTT. I will say that I really disagree with the point made in server of not everyone having Gmod. Not everyone back in the CSS days had gmod and it still worked. Nonetheless, CSGO TTT is better than no TTT so

That fucking disco man...Don't think I've had to yell at CTs for repeating orders and camping one area, more times than I have had to on this map. Between the damn jesus song, he-man and @VickTaylor Swift. Other than that, I haven't had too negative of an experience on the map. It is a nice change of pace from the typical layout of electric. I do like the vent system and the teleporter in one of the cells. I don't like the door crushing people, and I don't think it really adds to any realism factor. I would be okay with it staying on the server, but at the same time it wouldn't break my heart anyway to see it removed. So in a way, abstain? It's not played that often anyway, unless it's been getting more play time the past 2-3 weeks.

@Elemental @Jake I will gladly hop on anytime a player asks me. Think it was stunning or someone else I had to tell numerous times that I'd rather them ask me to hop on, than the server suffer from a rule breaker. And as I said multiple times in this thread alone, if the ratio is really fucked, they can call an admin in. And yes, I would be slightly annoyed if I got called in to fix a ratio that was say 5-8 or 5-9. I would still get on without hesitation, but I would still be slightly annoyed. It's one thing if it's freaking 10-6 or 11-4. So in the future, rather than trying to call me out like this, please consider asking for a clarification, or reading into my posts better. Especially considering how quick I am to hop on when a player asks for an admin. People tend to have a hardon for wanting the ratio to be exactly 1:2. Lost track of how many times the ratio would be something like 8-14 and people would lose their shit over it not being 7-15 instead. That's the entire point of what I was getting at.

Our work weeks are Thursday-Wednesday and we get paid on Fridays. Most departments schedules are done by Tuesday. My department and our video department are run by the same manager, and we don't get ours till Wednesday 90% of the time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
