While we're at it, can we finally discuss and change this: Not only is that a far better rule, but it is what everyone playing already thinks it is. Had another incident last night where half the damn server was in love with the word baiting but the current definition is not what they were trying to say it is.

I'd say crossfire is admin's discretion on if they should be slayed or not. As @Lupin said, if they mow down 4 people while trying to kill one person I'll slay them. To me, genuine crossfire is when the CT is trying to shoot a T and a stray bullet hits or kills an innocent T. But if the CT just unloads an entire clip and kills half the Ts that's not crossfire imo. Again, it's mostly admin discretion.

I revoke lr free days or restrict the shit out of them all the time for a few reasons: 1) it's stupid. Free day next round as an lr is just plain stupid. If you want to look at it from a role play perspective, no sane person would request to have something for themselves after they are killed. And secondly, I find personal free days to never be anything but trouble. It's slightly less trouble if they have a unique skin, but keeping track of which white jumpsuit T has the freeday and them not being accidentally killed is always a hassle. 2) it's bullshit and revoking it is within the rules as A- Any free day can be revoked at any time B- LRs are not required to be given. Yes they died for it, but C- It was last round. Each round marks a fresh beginning. I can't kill someone for knifing me last round. Why should I be forced to stick with an order a CT gave last round? There are no wardens, and any CT can give and revoke any order. Does it make me an asshole? Yeah, but as i always tell them, pick a better LR.

I will cut you.... Fr tho, I think razor is better than any other electric we have on the server. I get a slight boner everytime we play on it.

With a keyboard and a mouse primarily, tho I'll sometime hop on my xbox mostly for madden.

Tbh I never really thought of vipinthemix being a razor map.... I don't really see it as one as it is distinct and different enough. Long as we keep a razor, and vipinthemix, as far as im concerned the rest can go away >.>.

Pretty much what Blackwhite said, as it stands all it says in the rules itself is about the actively knifing thing, which means if we do get onto someone, they can (and prob will) bitch that according to the rules they weren't baiting since they didn't walk into an actively knifing T.

IMO at least, it's one thing to show a kid a game like counter strike, its a whole nother story to show a kid pornography. For starter, ESRB ratings on games aren't even legally binding. Meaning if I, someone currently aged 19, were to purchase a game such as Halo (which is rated M), and give it to someone aged 15, no crime is committed. On that same note, if I, someone currently aged 19, were to purchase a DVD of pornography and give it to someone aged 15, I could/would face criminal charges. Also, on that same note, this forum doesn't provide someone under the age of 17/18 (whichever is the usual case for M rated games) with a M rated game. People joining this forum aren't provided with a copy of CSGO. And moving on from legal stand point, there is, IMO, a way different moral justification between someone aged 15 playing CSGO and visiting our forum, and someone aged 15 visiting our forum and being provided pornography. Especially in the case of what virus was doing. In the current age we live in, violence is more seen in media and it's more socially acceptable for a minor to play games like CoD, Halo, Counter strike etc. It is not however, acceptable to provide pornography to said minors. And the difference between a site providing porn to its' vistors and our site, is this little thing here: A minor that does not wish to see pornography visting our site could have been subjected to it prior to this new rule. Boils down to, I don't think you can honestly compare any view point, be it legal or morally, between a game like CSGO and porn. Honestly, I really don't see why this thread has 62 replies, or why this is such a big deal. It should have been caution telling us porn/nudity is no longer allowed followed by "okay". We are an online GAMING community. Not a porn site. If you really have the urge and desire to see titties, go to one of the thousands of sites on the internet. Go join a NSFW subreddit or something. And if you really just have to share that nude image you found on the internet, then message whomever you have the need to show it to.

You realize that is a thing right? Guards still carry handcuffs and you can detain and handcuff prisoners still. Regardless, while it happens in real life, it wouldn't work well in game. Most maps already have isolation and the plug-in would be abused and misused all the time.

Never use facebook and I'm not linked so not worried about that. Spotify occupies 95% of my music listening experiences so I'll still use it. Mostly use it because I have 8gb phone (new one soon ) so saving music to my phone is out of the question.

Happened last night that a player was complaining about us being strict about racism yet that one disco has the song on it. Despite what my first post says, I just don't see how we can be super strict about racism then turn around and have a disco saying the same words that someone gets banned for. Just seems kinda hypocritical or whatever word fits best there. I guess as long as it doesn't become a huge issue with a lot of players complaining there's no need to do anything about it.

Personally i prefer the way BoM described it and the majority of people on the server think that that's the meaning. If a CT is purposely putting himself in situations that inevitably lead to his death (rushing into iso with the Ts) it should be considered baiting. On that same note, players should also realize that killing that CT still makes them fair game to KOS and it's not Freekilling if another CT kills them. My initial understanding was it's not okay for a CT to bait, but just because he does, doesn't give you the right to kill him. I'd like to see the rule changed to that.

Don't have a problem with it, but just curious when/if someone will complain that we banned someone for racism when there's a map saying the same word.

How bout we compromise. Keep !marry strictly on DR. Give it enough time to see if it actively makes a difference. If it does and it proves to be a huge asset to reviving DR, then it stays a DR only thing. If it doesn't then it's fair game to add to PB. I'm not desperate to get marry on PB, I just think it will be a smash with the players and help secure them to stay. However if it proves to help a different server stay afloat then it would be best kept there.

I believe you are completly missing my point here. My "doesn't add to gameplay" thing is to point out that it doesn't add much to the server. I highly doubt a plugin such as marry, that adds nothing to gameplay, isn't likely to pull in a lot of players. I also highly doubt it will bring get randies that join to stay as the entire way the plugin works relies on already having a relationship with the person. I wouldn't have much fun joining a random server and marrying someone I don't know. I also don't see it making a regular user want to constantly play on it, as it doesn't add much. Why do I want it on PB? Because I think given the nature of the server, and the relationships that the regular playerbase has, it would add to the fun. I'm not trying to say add every plugin to make the server the same, but honestly I find the marry plugin (whether you want it reworded to prisonbitch or not) just fits the nature of PB a little more than it does DR. It's a relativley minor plugin that adds very little so I really don't see how you think this one plugin will make DR unique enough to make a difference. While it's a relatively small plugin, I just think it would be a small fun addition to add to PB. Had I known about the marry plugin before, I would have asked for it to be on PB before it got put on DR. Just because DR happened to get it first, doesn't mean it has to stay just on there, especially if, IMO, it fits better on PB.

Exactly what I'm thinking. I honestly don't see this plugin getting people to join DR. It doesn't do much, its mainly just for shits and giggles. At this point I think people joining and pushing for DR is mostly off of nostalgia, which isn't a bad thing. But I seriously don't see the marry plugin being a driving force nor a saving factor of death run. It doesn't add anything to gameplay like piggyback did and is only fun community wise and isn't something that will bring in players.

DR has banana joe I see the points of wanting DR to be unique, but tbh I find marry to be better fitting for PB anyway due to the nature of the relationships among the players. Knowing the playerbase on PB, the marry plugin would be a huge hit among the players. I understand something like piggyback being only on DR back in css, but then again its not like that plugin would have worked very well on any of the other servers. I just don't think keeping marry from any other server for uniquness is a very good reason. It's not comparable to something like piggyback.

Obviously it's not realistic to ask you to change a feature of the map specifically for a server you don't spend a lot of time on, but just a suggestion to make the overall the volume should probably be lowered so that its not blaring anywhere. Makes it very hard to do anything when the orders are disco. Again just a suggestion but understandbly it doesn't make sense to change the map for just one server. Good map btw, quite big but overall I've enjoyed it so far
