So is crouching not a step or is crouching just technically delaying? I don't really care but no one seems comfortable enough to say. It doesn't say anywhere that not crouching is implied when taking a step out and I don't see how crouching helps someone in this situation. Would make more sense for me to see someone say that he was delaying rather than that not crouching is implied, because it isn't implied. There were people in that video who completed the order after Enderspine did who weren't crouching. Despite how dumb and petty this whole thing looks just wanted to point that out.

I'm playing some ArmA 3 cause I'm anticipating being bored, dunno what mods or servers I'm going to play or run in the past I've played WW2 mods, Exile, Altis and just regular King of The Hill, Wasteland type shit. I have like 600 hours on the game so I'm pretty good and have like 1200 in ArmA 2 mainly Wasteland and DayZ.

I'd totally write some gaming news for money per article. I want to brush up on my real writing where I can't call people cunts and motherfuckers.

After 5 years DayZ standalone releases "officially", I'm probably going to try it out again on whatever account I have the game on but I am kind of surprised that after all this time they actually released the game. The mod was one of my favorite things of all time to play on the computer and I put atleast 2000 hours into ArmA 2 as result. The game is free for the next 3 days and is 15% off.

To me, this update opens a pretty clear loophole that anyone with half a brain, a VPN, new account and hacks could grief the servers super fucking badly. I don't think it's an awful idea to give it a shot, but I think the whole idea that being overly optimistic about people's future actions and that the door NEEDS to be left open to new players is ridiculous. When you think about something should be changed, you have to think about how that could be exploited and in it's worst scenario how badly it could be. Whether or not the servers are prime, it would probably bewilder you guys or any other community for that matter not placing some time restraint based on someones playtime in CS:GO or some other general indicator that they aren't some dickhead coming to grief. Another point I'd like to touch on is that while it's awesome that admins are equipped to deal with the bad dudes, the admins are not there for a pretty large minority of situations (depending on the day even majority) and arguably enough that doing this just for more players might not be a great idea.. Leave it to Valve to do this shit to their game anyway, guess more kids to buy crates and skins for the holiday season and no thought put into how dumb this move is given their dogshit anti-cheat and reliance on Overwatch to make up for it.

I used to advocate for the addict model on T-side being redone or removed back in the day and used it a ton of times to shift+walk into a crowd of CT's unseen. Generally I think models that are even vaguely "CT looking" should be left off CT. Something both myself and Dominic were planning on doing before stepping down was revamping the models to make a bit more sense, remove the unused/unpopular ones, and make things more uniform. Just in terms of colors I do agree with Dominic and Nimmy. I understand having the model cause I actually really like it but if it's true that there is a red alternative then I would say it's definitely worth changing if the models will be staying for the next month or so.

Regardless of the reasoning just wanted to make this post as more of a goodbye and notice. I'll still be around just not as much and those of you who I was good friends with don't think just cause I'm gone that I care any less about you. This isn't the first time I stepped down so who knows what the future holds for me here at SG, but it's more than likely going to be it for me in higher-staff whether or not I'm allowed- my life has been fucking nuts lately outside of the community. I have a girlfriend, a job, family issues out the ass, school coming up, health problems I have been neglecting, and I've genuinely just been growing up quite a lot. Being an adult sucks so I if there were anything to take from me I would say to enjoy your time as a kid whatever that means for you. This place helped me when I was younger but that time has long past.. Do what's going to make you happy in the short and long term. Every second at this community I put blood, sweat and tears into this place, I probably put more time in than is considered healthy and past that I don't regret doing so. This isn't to say me leaving is without its feeling of sting and that I don't have any bad feelings for anyone/thing, but it's to say that I believe in what I was doing here and that as someone helped by this community I'm thankful for each of you people who make this place what it is. I'd go down the line naming all you fantastic people, even the people I've fought with, people who might think I despise them, people who probably despise me, the great friends I made but the truth is that I know almost all of you and if you know me worth a shit.. you'll know what I think, cause I would of told you.

I'm going to let discussion continue but I don't know what I would like to do yet with this idea. I don't like the idea of having forced LR at 3, optional at 5 as it just seems a bit confusing. I would be for having it change based on the number of people on the server, throwing out an idea.

We could probably drawback the time that it is allowed to be taken, I don't think this is a bug but feel free to replicate as I might be wrong.

This sounds cool, but in perfect honesty it would encourage a delay in the round and conflicts with the main point of the gamemode.

Just to note a lot of what being said here is reportable under the reasonable and clear orders rule.
