11/24/18 Completely re-did the rules, we suggest rereading the rules word for word as many things are now different but similar. We spent many, many hours rewording rules, reworking ones that simply didn't make sense and putting things that were in the FAQ and Clarifications into the rules themselves. The rules before were confusing, previous AT's used the rules to commentate on things they didn't like and often there many discrepancies about how situations should be handled. Many new players were being taught the rules based on made-up hearsay when meanwhile either the hearsay didn't make sense or ironically made more sense than the rules did. This is something nearly every Jailbreak manager in the past 3 years has said they would do and didn't follow through on- we set out to change that. Many of the important changes will be listed in the quote below, but we highly suggest rereading the rules entirely. Changes include: This is just a start, we are going to need your guys help to polish all of this further and keep the ball rolling. Thank you to @Dominic for working with me on this, as we spent countless hours writing this up and checking over and over. As a side note, thank you to all of you as Jailbreak has been doing extremely well lately and we're excited to see all of our work pay off. We plan to continue our work and make the server the best possible.

Hope all you guys have a nice Thanksgiving! I've pretty much said fuck you to the other side of my family and am not going to be guilted into spending the holiday with anyone who makes me miserable. Saturday I'll be having a nice unofficial thanksgiving between close friends and a few family members so hopefully that can be fun. Currently you would warning shot them in most of those situations, blatantly disobeying is a really broad term though so it would really require a video or something for me to tell you for sure. The act of just picking the pistol back up is not blatant, but if he was really going out of his way or making you take your attention away from the order going on then there could be a case made. Look over our rules regardless, as we have pretty much every instance mentioned within them.

I'm so sorry to hear that man, having a dog pass away recently and 2 more in the past 3 years I feel for you. Your dog loved you and loved your family, I bet he had the best 10 years a dog could ask for and I bet he wouldn't want you to miss him or feel hurt. Some people don't understand how losing a pet can hurt a lot and think it's as simple as going out and buying another- pets can have unique personality and connect with you through all the bullshit a person can experience in 10 years. When my golden retriever died at 14 it had been around with me through everything, lived through everything I had in the same house, with the same shit going on and there wasn't a day that went by that my day wasn't better because of her.

You're going to have to make a better argument than just posting that link. You guys used the right order, then fuckface mcdumbass baited a T, got knifed and you proceeded to miss 12 rounds allowing the pink panther to get the gun. It's also worth noting your teammates were completely out of position, that you have no reason to be that close to the Ts, and that a very similar situation would of played out with collision minus the pink panther crouching speedily through his teammate. To be honest, crouching through the teammate probably got him killed faster than if he used them as shields, teleport to garage or used cell stairs as cover. Despite my opinion that the clip isn't really a solid example, I do agree with you that this is con to having no-collision, but there was a million problems associated to having collision enabled such as stuck abuse, people blocking eachother, certain orders being not feasible or causing complete fucking nightmares to occur. Even an order like one step out and freeze got so many people tripped up cause their teammate was blocking them ever so slightly, would be keeping them inside their cell or you'd have to move a few feet to get around. So many times the Ts would get sent into isolation resulting in 2:00 of complete clusterfuck, a ton of crossfire to get people inside and to make matters worse ordering them anywhere else posed even more issues. A fellow Prisoner is blocking you in a vent cause he's scared, is having trouble doing a secret, or can't get past a part on Climb? No longer issues. Adding no-collision increased the overall flow of the server, sped up the rounds slightly, and made it a lot easier for both teams to navigate the map without annoyingly running into eachother. None of this is to mention the numerous issues our server has with maps like clouds, undertale and how it fucks with so many teleports, deathgames, and many parts of maps that make it fun to play. To top it all off just today we fixed the issue many were having regarding the fact that you couldn't climb on your teammates heads anymore, which takes (in my opinion) one of the biggest cons of removing collision away. We're looking into adding certain things to mitigate the cons of no collision, but I am nowhere near comfortable supporting removing it because I think it has done a ton of good for the server and the pros far outweigh the cons.

Yeah I'm pretty tired of drug infested society. People taking advantage of eachother and drugs for their own betterment is probably one of the things I despise most about culture right now. There is some level of recreational and medication use that is okay, we as humans have gone way, way fucking past that. The FDA has done a good job, juul should be making nicotine alternatives rather than marketing towards children and hooking them on nicotine.

Yeah it turns out the command doesn't really work on either TTT or JB very well so this is on the back burner for awhile. When it was originally tested it worked, then after that very mixed results.

I'm currently at work if @Dominic wants to take a look at this but I'm pretty sure Moon royally fucked a number of models when adding his anime one and was not able to fix it. I'll spend my day off fixing it if Dom isn't able to but I think we're going to be lowering the number of models and later readding new ones cause I'm not a fan of having the same shit for 3 years. Last time we let someone add an anime model to the server.

Just an update. Steam recently removed the two command lines so you have to use -steamos instead which reverts it the same way but makes it so that the overlay doesn't work in-game. I'm personally going to be searching for a different fix, but this is the only one that currently exists until they get rid of it too. These people are scum of the earth.
