  1. My only issue with this is that CAH is notoriously racist and offensive. Is there different decks we could choose that wouldn't contain cards like this?
  2. There's a different section on the forums for cosmetic suggestions here, but I'd recommend personally finding actual models that could be used. Go easy on the spam
  3. Ahh I tried my best last night but just couldn't make it, Grats again @eden. Is this your fourth or fifth win?
  4. Sorry, people have made comparisons between cops and admins before but I guess the metaphor is a bit of a stretch in this situation. I promise I still had a point to make but I'm too autistic to articulate it properly.
  5. I say that to distinguish between when people are calling you out or just mentioning your name. If we are making a rule about it, it is important to distinguish between the two. Banning someone for calling you by your name, or saying hello is pretty fascist if you ask me, whereas on the other hand, trying to alert people to your presence is something commonly punished by law enforcement (flashing brights to signal cops is illegal). You're right, should've clarified on that. I think as long as you've changed your avatar, name, and model, it's pretty fair to punish someone for intentionally calling you out.
  6. A lot of people aren't purposely trying to call you out, they're just trying to say hello, or even announcing your presence to get people to stop breaking the rules. But a word that comes to mind is obstruction. If you make it clear that you're trying to go undercover, it would make sense to punish them for obstruction. Likewise if people are getting in your way while trying to administrate in any other form (chat spam, mic spam, hazing new players, etc.).
  7. Is the plugin where you hide yourself from scoreboard still available to admins? I know it only works in spec, but if you're watching players, I don't see a reason not to be in spec. Edit: to clarify more on this, if you want to go undercover, I'd recommend trying to hide it better. Not picking on him, but @Takito's outfit on TTT is pretty iconic so it's hard not to know it's him.
  8. If an admin's presence keeps people from breaking the rules, I see that as a good thing. The only reason they'd generally have a need to go undercover is if someone is repeatedly breaking the rules and you're too lazy to record a demo O.o
  9. Heck yes brothers
  10. LaCroix is a favorite of mine because it has a natural sort of taste. If you want something more like soda, Natural American is a Walmart brand with a soda taste, Bubly is also a brand backed by Pepsi.
  11. This would defeat the whole purpose of saving up, once you have enough for one of everything, you have enough for everything.
  12. "Charlie try not to get lossed" -@WillofCamelot
  13. Sorry I interpreted it that he had a solution to this but it was just something he needed to do every round. @WhosDivine were you looking to hide your whole viewmodel or just your arms? If you mean just your arms, I'm definitely gonna support this being added to all our game mode servers (mg, TTT, PB, etc.)
  14. While I'm not against them adding it, couldn't you just make your own bind for it in your autoexec?
  15. Y'all know I'm taking this
  16. I've always seen rules as very easy to pick up on from the regs and admins, but I can see where you're coming from and I would definitely find it useful. To add on to this, I spoke briefly with @Charliere and @Bdcoll some time ago about having a first time join sticky with all the rules, like I've seen on other servers.
  17. yeah we've seen how effective the radar is, especially when someone is standing still...
  18. Can't emphasize this enough, many things are up to your discretion as a CT, so if you need to use them when your odds are down, so be it.
  19. IT GOES IT GOES IT GOES IT GOES
  20. @Gator, that's how I see it, at least about the Ts, but my concern comes from innos actively hiding and avoiding Ts, even though they get nothing from it. I even see regs doing this and I'm not sure if there's a way to fix it.
  21. Nobody said we need a 50/50 win ratio for Cats and Ts. If a Ts gonna be a good dooby and wants another LR, I say give it to him.
  22. I like the intentions behind it, but I feel that the ends don't fully justify the means in this case. Not only would this be a lot of work to solve a negligible issue, but it really limits how To are able to strategize their rounds. The most successful Ts are able to gauge their timing and strike when most effective. This implementation would encourage impulse deathmatching in the beginning of rounds for a little extra karma. I understand that this seeks to address late rounds being delayed or dragging on too long, but in reality I feel that this just punishes Ts for not popping off in the beginning or being able to find innos in later round. Something like radaring Ts or revealing roles in the last minute has already been suggested but it couldn't gain any traction, likely because it goes against the core mechanics of the game mode. I've always been an advocate against rounds dragging on for way too long, needlessly, but I think it's just something we're going to have to deal with for now unfortunately.
