Warden would be pretty useful but also very abuseable. I think there should be some ways of restricting it such as only allowing it with over 12+ players on, and maybe restricting it to certain people. Maybe players with over 6 hours time on the server or having people apply on the forums for warden permissions?

I'm going to caution you on this, because you've made some excessive/petty complaints in the past, and I don't want you to waste your time. He careful to distinguish between who's actively trolling and who's just not a very good CT. It's only really trolling if they're opening the cells before orders are given, very early in the round. If they're just opening cells after orders are given, or 30-45 seconds into the round because nobody's given an order, that's not going to cut it. Once again, with any other complaint, make sure you are letting them know what they're doing wrong, and asking them to stop. I'll do what I can on the servers to improve these situations, but one of my gripes with this is that it impedes Ts who want to rebel. Even if cells are locked just until 4:45, it completely destroys any possibility of the T in iso using the secret to get out and open cells. While this might make our server more balanced from T to CT, it would definitely change the meta, and may make things more stale.

That sounds like a great idea if the majority of our players were over 12. I get the feeling this would just encourage people to give freedays.

It's a no for me dog. Not only is rebelling a key part of our server (that we shouldn't be making impossible), the first few seconds of the round are pretty crucial to determine how the round will turn up. Not only that, as long as CTs aren't shopping for shoes in spawn, they have plenty of time to get out of armory and to an enforceable position before cells are open (usually 4:45-4:30). You don't have to have every secret covered, you just need a few CTs in front of cells to ensure that all the Ts don't just run to pool. If you haven't noticed, everyone hates Blackops and usually RTVs it before it ends. Cells being closed for a whole minute means that essentially 20% of the Ts round is wasted, added to whatever time they are dead. The most I'd be okay with is locking cells until 4:45 to combat trolls. Even then, I try to switch people that are trolling, and you're welcome to make player complaints for players who do this.

Yeah, what Kieran said. It's a bunch of charting compounds, reactions, molecule structures and other boring stuff. If you haven't taken regular/honors chemistry yet, I'd recommend it. It's fairly easy and you can actually enjoy yourself sometimes. It's really up to you and what you want your workload to be like, but I wouldn't count on your friends not dropping a mind-numbingly boring class.

I believe that's only available to certain people, hence why it's under permissions.

I usually would not consider taking one step out of big cage blatant, as they're pretty close to the rest of the Ts. Ideally you should be warning shotting them as soon as they jump off boxes/run from boxes, but you can always wait for them to preknife you and spray them down.

Stop cheating. You can raise your trust factor by playing games other than csgo on your Steam account, and try to avoid getting reported for playing too well or being toxic.

On another TTT server, they had a command that only allowed a certain number of people to be talking at once. I hated this for TTT, but I think it would fit in great if it was applied to JBs T side. Not only would it cut down on chatter, but it would make it very easy for admins and players to pinpoint an mute people yelling and micspamming, therefore clearing comms for the people who can actually talk productively.

It's a mix of player/admin discretion on what really is blatant. Past fountain on Razor is generally considered blatant. I would also consider entering a doorway past first cell (medic, iso, soccer, etc.) to be blatant. I'll wait for one of the ATs professional opinions on this, but the ideal situation would be to warning shot them as soon as they cross and kill them if they continue.

To add to this, it's just like if you were in a regular LR during the round. If you shoot at a different CT, pick up a primary, preknife, or do anything that would cheat/end the LR, you can be considered KOS.

Not to discredit this stance, but tryhard guards are ridiculed because the 8 year olds on the server can't handle being warning shot with an AWP when they don't follow orders. Ideally (to them), guards should only warning shot when someone is at the point of blatant disobeying. You also don't have other CTs calling out when a tryhard CT is low HP. I get the point you're trying to make, but I just don't find that the logic connects properly here.

I've started playing JB more than usual about a month ago and it's been this way the whole time (since before the racism rule was inverted). I think there's a few factors that go into this. In no particular order, here's my take: The server has 50 slots, instead of a more manageable 32. I don't find this to be a huge issue, and it's not even something I would suggest reverting, however, more players generally means more players talking over each other, causing the server to grow louder exponentially. The current moderation is a bit under par in my opinion. I often go several hours without seeing an admin on the server, allowing players to get used to acting toxic and breaking the rules. The regular admins that I usually see moderating JB are fairly new, which would explain why they may be more tentative to punish players and issue bans. I don't blame this on anyone, we always need more admins. When you reach the requirements, and consider yourself to be a good candidate that is well-known by the community, feel free to apply. JB as a game mode tends to cater towards younger children for some reason. I can't figure this out and have no way to prove it, but I also don't think this is really a bad thing. With younger players you will, however, get a more noticeable occurrence of certain issues: screaming, rule-breaking, screaming about rule-breaking, and a tendency just to have more chatter filling the comms. I expect in the future there will be some changes to remedy these issues, especially more moderation as time allows and people apply, but in the meantime, I encourage you to enforce the rules (and make player complaints), try our other servers (especially TTT), and eventually apply for admin yourself.

It can help move slower rounds along towards the end, and can also help your team out. You're right tho, it can get VERY annoying at sometimes and I'd go as far to call it micspam (which is punishable). People usually harass the players doing this for being annoying assholes and the admins sometimes "don't see it" ¯\_(?)_/¯. My recommendation is to just start warning shotting with an AWP when people do this to get them out of the way quickly.
