  4. Maybe it could cycle different servers every week, giving a weekly server "feature" for players to migrate servers and check out other gamemodes, along with events. (since events are more complex, I think that having AT commands (such as speed, grav, giving weapons, etc.) will help spice up the servers, especially TTT.) It's a good idea, it'll just need the co-operation of the ATs or an implementation of some plugin.
  5. I suck at valorant as much as I suck at CSGO so this is a yes for me.

Not a 2020 song but reintroduced this year so I guess it counts
  9. Honestly, with the problem of points reset, since it has been many weeks after points reset, the issues with CT side are becoming less and less prominent. After the point rush, we can see some regs and point tryhards trying out CT, and honestly, ratio isn't that bad as long as CT looks like a winnable side. When you see the CT side having multiple regs that are good at CT and can enforce, people are drawn to join CT when they are bored of CT side. However, this can only be achieved if regs want to play CT. With only new people on the CT sides, the regs usually steer clear of that team as it is unwinnable and is boring, as we always have some sort of delayer, camper, or freekiller. It really just depends on the time and who wants to play CT, I really don't think that there is much problems with CT side as long as the majority of CTs can play it. With regards to the addition to a system that rewards CTs in a non-exploitable way, I have been thinking of that and giving suggestions, but usually they are revoked as they will promote super strict CTs and freekilling.

  14. @kuri I made a post in this thread explaining the many issues of CT I've seen right now, hopefully you will read it and see what me, remixed, and thump are all saying
  15. Ok, I had a hard time reading your long ass sentences but what I could pull out, I partially agree with you. CTs are underpowered at some points only because a) CTs don't enforce and check/hold secrets and b) Ratio is terrible. This is why I have been discussing ways to bring an incentive for people to join CT and work as a team to control the Ts, but it's hard to give a purpose of joining CT right now other than increasing your KD, as the points reset recently and everyone is speedrunning to the top. ZZL had mentioned before that giving player models as rewards for playing on CT will help, but was rejected as SUB/VIP would not be as viable. In this thread, we also mentioned ways to buff CTs when they are at a major disadvantage due to ratio, but health buffing the CTs will destroy rebelling metas and may make the server unplayable. I also offered a points system for rounds, but the server managers declined because of the fact that giving a points system on CT side would not happen. I don't think a warden system will happen as that denies the purpose of SG's JB: a server where all guards can giver orders, unique to other servers. Miscommunication between CTs and Ts with orders only happens when there are problems on the server. Ts will start micspamming and screaming only due to the incompetence of the CTs, whether it is not giving orders, not opening cells, or breaking the rules. I do agree that a lot of the times the Ts overexaggerate, but it's only due to the competitiveness on the T side and how they want to get points. Maybe giving more strict guidelines on who can be CT (like a longer play time or a certain amount of points) can help reduce the amount of rule breakers, delayers, and micspammers. I really don't think these maps have to be removed, it just relies on how well the CT team can control the Ts. On maps like electric, before opening cells, you can have 1 CT go garage and clear awp window, 1 CT go pool and clear scout secret, and 1 CT go showers to hold VIP rushers. Then you would have the rest of the CTs enforce the rest of the Ts so that they follow the orders. Proper CT communication can lead to the team's success; having CTs enforcing all the secrets and paths to rebel at all times will make it a lot harder for Ts to rebel. The constant abuse of the "freeze, crouch, knife the ground" order causes a lot of chaos in voice chat, so refraining from doing that will allow CTs to actually give orders and enforce them. Another problem that can be fixed is the overall stacking in secrets and armory. During rounds, you really only need one person in/near armory at all times (or 2 if it's a heavily populated server) and one person each in every major and heavily damaging secret (scout secrets, awp secrets, etc). The constant stacking of 3 cts in awp secrets make it really hard for CTs to enforce orders and overall degrades the gameplay performance of both teams, as you would have so many CTs blocking up secrets for rebellers and so little CTs watching the main group of Ts allowing them to rebel. Basically, in summary, we need more skilled CTs and CTs who want to improve. Having CTs that either don't enforce, lack the skills to enforce, or don't know the rules is really taxing on the CT side, especially since their numbers are limited. New CT players are fine, but only if they want to improve as a CT, as in giving meaningful orders, enforcing, and trying to win rounds. CTs only improve by playing the game correctly: without trying to be a good CT, you won't be a good CT. It is also the responsibility of the T side to allow orders to be given instead of complaining/screaming about one measly freekill in voice chat, instead of taking it up in text chat. I would encourage more experienced players like @chy to step up and play some CT so that the CT side doesn't get royally fucked every round

I just don't like the idea of modifying my body in any way, I'm also kind of a pussy for needles lmao
  17. I don't think this thread is now talking at buffing CTs, more like buffing the incentive to try to win on CT, since sometimes the ratio is terrible and half the CTs don't enforce. My suggestion is aimed at trying encourage the CTs to do their part on the server in implementing a more competitive way that rewards teamwork and CT skill.
  18. Will the suggestion mentioned be a viable idea @Infinityward ?
  19. That was just a suggestion. I guess if you are against this, another way to do it is to just let the CTs decide what to do, as usually on freedays it can go both ways : either the CTs enforce it really well and can win the round easily, or the CTs don't enforce at all and lose completely. Having points available for all rounds can be an option too, but may bring some problems, as stated before, with no fun rounds and freedays. However, the point system will encourage the use of map deathgames as they are an easy way to eliminate Ts, so I guess it just depends on the CTs who are in control. Maybe one of the server managers can help us with this suggestion and maybe tweak it out for use?
  20. Maybe we can start having dedicated "freeday/fun day" rounds if this system is implemented, that don't reward any points, meaning CTs can order whatever and would not have to work as hard to win the rounds. This would allow CTs to freely do what they want to do, after stressing so hard to win points for a couple rounds. This will allow CTs to cool off a bit, relax, and have a good, fun, JB time, which may decrease the amount of indirect freekills. Just my opinion on these issues. As for an example, maybe every fourth round can be a no-point round, which is basically the same rate of freedays/fun days given anyways when there are good CTs on the server who actually want to win rounds. And for ZZL's point, everyone having low scores doesn't mean it won't be competitive! I think it would actually encourage CT side to enforce a lot more so that they can boost their points just a little bit over the competition, which also means that they would have to consistently do well on CT side. This would encourage a good habit of enforcing, giving good orders, and making sure Ts are controlled. Then, you might have some CT counterparts of @chy who are at 1000 points somehow.
  21. Instead of counting kills for CTs, how about counting how many rounds won? This would encourage the CT team to work together, as soloing never works. This would also encourage CTs to give orders to control the Ts to achieve the ultimate goal: winning the round. Obviously, this will have some issues with point farming, so how about 1 point for every 10 people on the server for winning a CT round, which makes sense, as the more people on the server, the harder it is to control the Ts. Basically, with CT round wins : 10-19 players on server : 1 point 20-29 players on server : 2 points 30+ players on server : 3 points Obviously, this is just a suggestion, but may make CT side more competitive and enjoyable to play, not to mention more enjoyable for the Ts to try to rebel under harsh conditions.
  22. Maybe there can be ct advantages based on the ratio. I'm just listing values, but here: (CTs : Ts) Too many CTs - 105 hp 1:2 - 105 hp 2:5 - 115 hp 1:3 - 125 hp 1:4 - 135 hp 1:5 and below - 150 hp Honestly, this may screw up some of the metas for rebelling, however, an hp bonus to the CTs when they are at a disadvantage will help them a ton.
  23. It sometimes happens when a T, or the CT even, knifes the air. Doesn't really happen all the time and is kinda inconsistent, don't know what the glitch comes from.

I don't really like the idea of tattoos but that looks real nice man!
