Hello everyone, few things: Admin apps have changed slightly. There are no more polls...the way the application system will work is everyone will post their moans, groans, and complaints without voting. A BD will review the application and post a yay or a nay...so pretty much the same way, just without the poll. We're hoping this will lead to a better decision process rather than a set rule of x% needed for approval. Also, donations have been updated, and we're planning on updating them every weekend. Hello everyone, After sorting out a few issues with PayPal, we have finally got the New one working. All current subscriptions to Spartan's PayPal have been cancelled, so when it comes time to renew yours, you will need to renew it to the email steamgamersorg@gmail.com. It will all be updated on the forums to reflect the current email, so just a heads up that the New gmail is the correct email to subscribe to. With a dedicated SG email/PayPal, this will alleviate stress in the future as we should not have to change emails again. Any questions or concerns, please ask. Also, the higher ups have some new ideas that we're very excited to get implemented into the community, so please stay tuned.

Pardon me everyone, As I did not want to take away from Spartan's thread, but I also felt the need to address you all as a community, so I just decided to post a new thread altogether. Now, I want to give a huge thanks to Spartan and the insane amount of dedication, time, and effort he has put into this community. I am sad to see him leave as PO, but am very excited he took up my offer of staying around as TA so we can still use (and abuse) him any way he can lend a hand in his free time. If you haven't thanked Spartan yet, you should do so. While I'm not going to go down the entire list of ranks: all of you should know that in some way or another ,you contribute to this community and we wouldn't be here without you. I have extremely high hopes for this place, and I am extremely happy with the current BD staff I have. Xeno, Revenga, and I are going to do everything we possibly can in order to bring this community forward in a positive way. I have been a higher up here for around 4-5 years now, and I look forward to leading this place with the best of my abilities. That being said, I have a higher up staff diligently working around the clock to bring forward New ideas and events to the community, so be watching out for those. For anyone with subscriber currently, please be aware that more than likely ,you will be required to resubscribe to the New PayPal. This is being worked on at the moment, so keep an eye out. You will NOT lose your benefits if a payment has gone through to Spartans PayPal, we have worked that out and will apply it for the time being until the PayPal issue we are having gets sorted out soon. Remember, any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask me. I may not get back to you right away ,but I will do my best to answer in a timely manner. Right now, we are currently dealing with a few technical issues. Please be aware that we know of them and are working on getting them resolved as soon as possible. Hello all, This is a little late, but I'd like everyone to welcome SpikedRocker to the rank of Administrative Officer! For those of you who do not know, Spiked used to be a higher up here a long time ago, and we are happy to have him back. We know he will perform just as well (if not better) as he did 5+ years ago. Welcome back! We also have MPQC who has decided to step into the rank of Technical Administrator. MPQC has made this decision on his own, and we thank him for all the work he has done. I am extremely glad that he will remain as a TA, and is not stepping down altogether. Last but not least, Vinyl has also decided to step down from AO to the rank of Community Enforcer. We thank him for all his work as an AO and hope that one day he will find the time to rejoin the ranks. Sidenote: I have been afk~ish the past 6 months...I was overseas for a few months and have taken a leave of personal absence for a month or so as well afterwards. I am now back, however, and plan to get the ball rolling here. Expect more updates to the community soon!
