Hello folks, I have received a letter from fantastic confirming our newest promotions. Please take a moment to appreciate fantastic's final input here.
Our first promotion is a returning staff member and last minute buy in from @Kopsta, this man has been away at anger management camp for the last 11 months but now he's BACK. This man needs no introduction as his reputation speaks for him, our newest Events Team member is none other than Phoenix.
Organize, plan, and run events
Manage/Promote special events on our servers
Manage and monitor gaming tournaments
Make sure servers are ready for all special events
Schedule events to fill servers in need via the steam community
Work with the Administrative Team to create events that cater to community interests
Following that we have Zero Two join the Marketing Team....and yeah I don't really know anything about him but @Mace swears he's a cool dude. We also have Hawks joining the team, he is a cool and dedicated milk drinker who's been putting in a lot of work around here lately trying to collect all the ranks. Their responsibilities will include:
Manage all third party sites/applications.
Manage all advertising, sponsorships, and affiliations.
Recommend upgrades and general marketing aspects for the community.
Research what the community likes / doesn't like.
Upkeep the image of SG and help expand.
Work with the Media Team to manage branding and community design.
Work with Media team to manage social media accounts (Youtube, Twitch, etc).
Next we have gwen from rust joining us as Server Manager as well as natalie<3 moving up (you can't have anymore ranks dude). The former of these folks is a great guy who has been putting in good work on the multiple teams even though he sucks at rust, while the latter is a hard working guy/gal who is going to help Silentguns slave over squad all hours of the day. Their responsibilities include:
Verify that servers are operational
Reboot dead/lagged servers
Assist in training new admins
Search for new maps for all servers
Upload maps to the servers and fast downloads site
Edit map lists & rotations
This next promotion is one that people have been talking about for a while and begging us to do, which of course had zero influence on us. We are finally promoting a new Modding Manager and we have decided that it will be Scrolls. This guy is a massive pain in the ass and refuses to use a mic, but he slid John $1000 so here we are. In all reality, 20 mph turned 20 scrolls turned scrolls has slowly but surely managed to become a respectable member of the community and a rock for the modding team as a whole, rightfully earning this position. His responsibilities will include: Managing the team.
Finally, we are promoting our newest Director. He is a smart hard working guy who has been putting in insane amounts of effort here over the last 12+ months. Somehow this once dumb little shrimp has managed to grow up and take the reigns on all sorts of projects and work around here, ultimately producing amazing results time and time again. Please join me in welcoming Trazz as our newest board member. His responsibilities will include:
Support/build/fix servers
Approve admin applications
Set up new Admin and Subscriber access
Issue admin warnings/punishments
Keep the community updated of any changes
Final say in all admin disputes
Plan for growth (website/servers)
Support forum/plugins/logos
Review and implement community suggestions
Promote/demote server admins
Handle admin complaints
Handle disputes among fellow admins
Be a role model to all admins/setting by example
Collect donations, manage subscriptions, and pay the bills
Manage the website, forums, and bansite
Manage AT staffing and responsibilities
