you do realize that a 5450 is a low budget graphics card and doesn't even require a 6pin PCIe powercable from the PSU cuz it draws its power from the PCIe slot, so 350W should be fine for that card. @antas see if you can test your card in another system of one of your friends if they have it too then it is the card. also run this program to make sure that it might be the card that has some defects or Artifacts. FurMark: VGA Stress Test, Graphics Card and GPU Stability Test, Burn-in Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net this program basically runs a stresstest on your card, that way you can really know if it is your card. you can underclock or overclock your GPU with it, even your CPU, but i don't that he did that.

well you asked for advice and i gave it, but seeing as you know enough, or atleast think you do. the GTX550 is a lowbudget gaming card with low specs with only a 192-bit interface, just pay a bit more and get the gtx560 or pay loads more and get the 570 as you said. if buy a Llano CPU with onboard GPU (6000 series) in the CPU and a AMD GPU you can crossfire them which improves the graphics more. also the 6 core doesn't support any games yet, but it's good for in the future. at this moment the FM1 blows away the AM3 or AM3+, performance-wise tho

The Case is ugly black plastic, if they wanted to give away a case they should give away ThermalTake Level 10 (not GT version). that case costs over €500 and is made in aluminum, way better then that plastic rubbish. the only thing thats nice about this is the mobo and RAM. you really should learn your prices, seeing as the 6790 is a midclass budget card, it doesn't cost over 150. The GFX card isn't even that good.

green, black, blue whatever, it's the cheapest and really good, if you want speed get an ssd or a velociraptor also the i3-2100 is bad not really the best sandy bridge for that price. for that budget there isn't really a lot you can get that can play good games.
