  1. So...why don't you ID the body first?
  2. @Starlegendgod Just out of curiosity, what servers do you play?
  3. This is what worshipping pussy does to a mf. Just fuck the ugly, desperate hoes in college until you're ready to settle down with a 30-something year old who's been around the block more times than you can count. Stop thinking about pussy 24/7 and stop treating women like something to be conquered. You're not missing out on anything earth shattering that's worth obsessing over. Stop daydreaming all day and focus on improving yourself. Having more hobbies will make you an interesting person, which is attractive. Maybe hit the gym when you can. Stop treating every encounter with a girl like a potential mate. Your social anxiety will melt and you'll stop being a weirdo. Women don't have some crazy high expectation of what guys need to be, just the majority of us are greasy spergs that can't hold onto our spaghetti around them. If you're actually looking for a long term relationship, paying attention to what they say and who they are will benefit you greatly. After about 2 years, you'll stop caring about their looks and will care more about who they are. If you were too busy oggling them before you got into the relationship, you've probably missed a bunch of red flags and will wonder how you got into a relationship with such a batshit crazy bitch. TL;DR: Stop worshipping pussy, opportunities will present themselves sooner or later, and it's up to you if you want to take them.
  4. Just be yourself, bro ;^) Also not going after beta fatties ≠ only going after fuckboys
  5. I'm not the biggest fan of the hippity hops, but as someone who's watched fantano for 4-5 years on and off, I can say these ratings seem pretty understandable. First and foremost, the actual numbers are more of a meme if you look at the things he's given a 0 or 10 on, but even still, they seem accurate. He's not assigning numbers just based on how arbitrarily "good" an album is but rather taking into account the artists previous works, the state of their genre, etc. If you actually listened to what he said you might have an easier time understanding what's going on. As for the little of this genre I do enjoy, it tends to be tracks that are lyrically rich or where the backing music actually has some sort of coherence and direction. This whole album sounds like it's intended to be listened to at full volume in a pos cadillac. Not particularly my cup of tea, and I can see why fantano or anyone else wouldn't see this weaksauce as visionary or a masterpiece.
  6. Some people don't have great computers or multiple monitors and can't multitask easily. While they don't need to, I'm sure it's nice for them to browse the forums while in game. With that being said, I think the mobile site is perfectly fine, although I prefer desktop, and I use it all the time. I honestly can't think of how an app would be any different than the mobile site in terms of function or design. I believe on Chrome and some other browsers you can add websites to your homepage, or create shortcuts, which may be the best option for those so inclined.
  7. Scared...

What's the worst he could do? Call you retarded?
  8. Check Ups...

With the semester ending I've moved back from my school in nowhere Appalachia to the busy suburbs. Working constantly and having to deal with how busy life is here has been fairly annoying but not too stressful. Whenever I finish school and move out, I'd definitely like to end up somewhere as peaceful and gorgeous as where my school is. I've also recently started seriously trying to work out for the first time in my life and it's fairly draining. I'm tired and sore most of the time, but I feel healthier and more confident.
  9. Gave it a listen, this shit trash. Won't say it's my favorite of the year, but I've been digging The New Abnormal from The Strokes. Has a more unique and creative sound than most of their previous albums. Selfless and Ode To The Meta are probably my favorite tracks.
  10. I don't really see this as an issue with CTs at all. Granted, it's been some time since I've regularly played the server, but since I can recall we've had notoriously weak CTs, and high damage warning shots was just a quick and dirty way for CTs to get a grasp on rounds and turn the ride in their favor. On the other side of things, you have Ts complaining about being caught out for disobeying and yet they're not even being killed, they still have a chance to continue their round, wait for LRs or maybe even rebel. It takes a certain amount of precision to actually land these shots without killing them or double warning shotting, so it's not even like this happens every time they rebel. As a T, I don't understand why it's so hard for people to grasp how to play the team properly. We have a rebel heavy meta - that doesn't mean everyone can rebel every round free of consequence. If you're unhappy with how steeply you're being punished for careless and nonchalant rebelling - don't do it. Nearly every round, an opportunity will present itself where you can safely rebel or get out of sight of the CTs scott free. It's not always going to be to AWP secret or an armory TP, but it's literally free. The Ts really need to just get good man..
  11. Masks...

You've caught me red-handed. I'm an avid redditor that Google's COVID facts to own libtard gamers on their gamer forum to push my Anarcho-Capitalist agenda. I apologize for wasting everyone's time by shitting up the very important and meaningful discussions in Off-Topic. In return for my apology, I have just one question. Why did you bother replying when you know you aren't going to change my mind?
  12. Masks...

When you clicked on this thread did you see a sign that said "No discussion"? Maybe I don't agree with someone I'm talking to and they don't agree with me. That doesn't mean the guy sitting on the fence next to us doesn't get something out of us running our gums. More importantly, you don't have to agree with someone to seek to understand them. Not everyone goes into conversations expecting to change someone's mind or collect upvotes, man...
  13. Masks...

Mostly points we already agree on. Masks slow the spread of COVID - cool. Whether it's a little bit or a lot a bit is sort of irrelevant here, as long as it's not the only thing that does - which it's not. This is where I disagree. Mostly pandering and I assume what you were going for is ethics, so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt on that. What makes this the line between what is acceptable and what isn't? You mentioned common sense, but didn't really substantiate anything there other than saying masks slow the spread. You brought up morals - or ethics, but didn't really lay any foundation for what exactly you're talking about here. I'm going to make an assumption here, but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong; although it's unlikely to be of relevance anyways. I assume what you're proposing is that the ethical thing to do is to put other people's wellbeing before your own comfort and convenience. I'll give you that, that's a rather noble thing to think, despite how vague that is or how much it may vary from person to person; except that's not where you're drawing the line. There are LOADS more things that would qualify as over that line. Start with not leaving the house unless necessary, not going to work if you're not a mandatory employee (the current perception of that is overwhelmingly forgiving, but I'll leave it there anyways) or can't survive without that income, keeping a 6ft distance, practicing good hygiene and washing your hands frequently. If you want to readjust your line, go for it. With that being said, the productive way to go about things is to assess where you stand on this and encourage people who have already proclaimed that they're on your side of the line, not barking at people that clearly don't give a shit or getting angry about something you can't change. I see the lines of thinking you've mentioned - "slightly inconvenience" - echoed quite frequently. Clearly I've already addressed that this is a ridiculous metric to draw your line by, but even just mentioning it seems a bit off to me. Alright, it's a slight inconvenience to you, and maybe some of these are things are just too inconvenient, great. Why do you think this applies to everyone else? Why aren't they able to draw their own lines between slight inconveniences, substantial inconveniences, and things they just outright won't put up with? Maybe I'm nitpicking here, but you wrote it so I'm responding. I see the comparison between intelligence and choosing not to wear a mask drawn quite frequently - that they're 'idiots' or 'morons'. Don't delude yourself into thinking that way. Maybe they are dumb, maybe a whole host of them are downright retarded...that's not why they don't wear a mask. You've already clarified why they don't; because they don't want to. Call it selfish, unethical, immoral, whatever - based on the line that you have elected yourself to draw in the sand, that's it, that's the point you're making. I can understand that, I'd even agree to an extent. However, there is close to 0 chance that calling people bad is going to make them good people. It's never worked and isn't going to work now. There's always been bad people, and the only way they're going to recalibrate their worldview is if it affects them personally. I can tell you, however, that conjuring up ridiculous names to call them is a surefire way to make sure they never consider a word that comes out of your mouth.
  14. Masks...

I appreciate the sob story, but once again it's a case of cherry picking and drawing an imaginary line in the sand. I get it man, it's embarrassing being one of the only first world countries struggling with these things, and it's not unlikely that you'll personally know someone affected by it. With that being said, I'll let you in on a little secret: it's not the fucking masks. If you think the reason Europe/Asia are somewhat back to normal and we aren't is because of the 1% of people that don't want to breath in their exhaust fumes all day, you're grossly deluded. Just take a look at what the countries looked like when the virus was in full tilt. America looked relatively the same, people packed in like rats, except this time most of them have a tiny piece of cloth on their face. Now take a glance over to Europe, China, wherever you please and the difference is night and day. The streets are empty. That's what has to happen if you want this thing to be kicked swiftly; total lockdown, you're not leaving the house to see your friends, go to work, go on a date, get some exercise. Now if this is what you're really advocating for, that's fine; pick your hill and die on it. Just keep in mind who lockdowns affect the most, but drawing an imaginary line in the sand at masks and pointing at everyone on the other side for being literally Hitler while you continue to go outside willy nilly and put others at risk while you go get your McDonald's and go see your friends all day. Now I'm not pointing my fingers to name call you specifically, that's not the point. The point is that by and large people are continuing to put others at risk (while pointing their fingers at everyone else) and thinking a tiny piece of cloth absolves them of any guilt and will let them carry on with their lives like normal. Gonna go ahead and TL;DR this for the sake of clarity and so I don't keep reiterating things. The difference between where we are now and things returning back to normal is not the fraction of people not wearing masks. With the exception of the few Q-Anon retards out there that think this thing is a hoax, everyone out there has the same information you do and understands the risks of this thing, yet have decided they are not wearing a mask. Barking at them, wishing ill upon them, and punching them in the head - like people have been since January - is obviously not going to change their mind. Instead you can focus on things that YOU can do to keep YOU and your loved ones safe. As Americans, we've heard a lot about 'Freedom ain't free' and the 'price of freedom's growing up. It's generally equated to war in some sense, but that's not really what it's about. Every country faces war, free or not, and it's been ages since one has actually threatened our sovereignty. The price of freedom is that every other dumbass in the world gets the same freedoms you do to live their life the way they please, even if it's not in the best interest of everyone else. Learning to live with that is a large part of what being American or 'Free' is about.
  15. Masks...

This, but unironically. The social contract does not extend beyond the government; anyone who thinks it does is a Lennon tier dreamer. Forfeiting your own freedoms for no reason other than 'its the right thing to do' or for some arbitrary morality doesn't mean everyone else has to automagically do the same.
  16. Masks...

+1 for posting death tolls of a virus without a vaccine vs those of one with. Next time do yourself a favor in credibility and post the survival rate. I'll do you the favor and share that the mortality rate of COVID-19 is somewhere about 2% or lower, considerably lower for healthy adults with no outstanding respiratory illnesses. So yes, somewhere about flu-tier. It's very easy to point the finger at 'thise idiots that don't wear masks', but who's to stop them from pointing the finger at 'thise morons who brought the damn thing over on flights' or them to point the finger at 'those retards in china that let the damn thing out of the lab'. We live in a world where we have so little control over the things going on around us. Pointing fingers and trying to hold someone else accountable at every conceivable circumstance quite literally gets you nowhere. If you aren't doing everything in your power to prevent yourself from catching the disease or spreading it to others (and you're not), who are you to judge the level that people are comfortable with engaging with this pandemic and holding themselves accountable for their own safety? (You can start by swapping out those comfortable cloth masks we all love with something that doesn't shoot your nasty breath out of the sides and actually does some form of micro filtering) This isn't a country where you're legally obligated to be responsible for the well-being of others. If you're talking ethically, sure, but once again, imposing your own ethics on others gets you nowhere. The blame game stops when adopt any sort of personal responsibility. If I get the virus, it is MY fault, not the fault of some weirdo on the street the didn't even know he had the thing. You have literally had since January (almost a whole year) to start banking moolah and flipping assets so you can hole yourself up at home and take yourself out of the picture. Why haven't you? My guess is because you've weighed the risks and compromised your own well-being to do whatever you want: welcome to the club. If your dream society is where everyone is legally obligated to the well-being of others and in turn these 'idiots' get locked up, you best start saving up to move. Personally I'd shoot for Scandinavia, but I'm sure Britain, China, maybe Venezuela also fit the bill.
  17. Masks...

Why do people get so irrationally angry about this. These people have been doing fine without a mask for their whole lives, and I'm sure they don't see some new flu-tier virus as challenging that. Don't want to be bothered by these 'idiots'? Take off work, collect your stimulus or whatever unemployment/benefits you can and order all your food/groceries from home. Don't have the means or money for that? Looks like natural selection is taking it's course. Seriously, having this much irrational fear about something means you're either A) old as hell B) incredibly unhealthy or C) very easily influenced by media headlines. Do your research and get over your germ theory. Go outside and live a little.
  18. Masks...

As someone who went to school in the boonies with a bunch of hicks, it was pretty common to see people not wearing masks inside, on and off campus. We had 3 cases over the entire semester so I don't think it made a huge difference anyways. The reasons people don't wear masks is the same reason people out there don't get vaccinated. Not because there's something inherently bad about them, but just that they have no issues being responsible for their own wellbeing and deciding how to keep themselves safe. In fact, this is a sentiment that almost everyone I've come in contact with shares inadvertently. If you leave your house when you don't absolutely need to, if you shop in instead of ordering, if you come within 6 feet of someone when you could just wait for them to pass by: you are spreading it, and making your own decision about your own wellbeing. To some people, it's just a necessary restriction to try to kick this virus, to others maybe it's some Orwellian precedence. Personally, I don't like breathing in my own hot exhaust fumes all day, but I do it because I work in the food industry.
  19. Sike, totally missed this. Drop ENTR coming through with high quality double shot PBT shine through keycaps attached to enthusiast level Halo True(tactile) or Gateron Yellow(linear) switches on a sturdy case, complete with per switch lighting (not RGB). All for just $90. I've not owned or held one of these, but if I only had $100 to spend on a pre-built, I'd cop one of these. https://drop.com/buy/drop-entr-mechanical-keyboard#overview
  20. The reason you don't see a lot of recommendations sub-$100 is because the keyboards in this category aren't all that different from one another and tend to be self evident in their features. Almost all keyboards in this category are going to have a somewhat cheap feeling plastic and steel construction with bone stock cherry, gateron or razer switches. If you're lucky, as steven mentioned, you can find one with nice keycaps. This doesn't mean you can't be happy with something in this price range or improve upon a cheaper board, but you're working with whatever's on the box. What layout are you looking for? RGB? Linear/Tactile? Do you like a specific brand? You get exactly what you pay for in this category so you don't have to be too picky as long as it checks all your boxes.
