Your entire idea is to undermine 6+ years of a banning protocol for absolutely no reason what so ever. It has to be the most ridiculous and idiotic idea I have ever heard. Your only reasoning is that "We can just do it all over again!" and you don't seem to realize how stupid that is. A lot have quite playing, a lot have no interest in playing in our servers again (Cause they think we're a dumb community now that they ended up banned) which will only encourage them to rule break again when they join back, others are trolls or simply just play the game to break the rules and do whatever they want, while maybe a handful are people that actually want to play again, but don't care enough to appeal. No matter the argument in defense of these people, it's stupid and more pointless to unban them all for the sake of unbanning than it is to leave 22 thousand perm bans on there. Our perm bans serve a purpose, and just as if we unbanned every single person that appealed, to remove all those bans is just telling all the assholes, rule breakers, hackers, and general idiots out there that we are ignorant and stupid enough to give them all fourth, fifth and sixth (or more) chances to get banned. Sorry if I would like to see this community prosper, not go backwards. Edit: I've also taken note that you did not seem to have a response to my request for a positive reason in unbanning all of them. I take it you realized the same as I did that there is none.

No. People get permed for a reason, simply because "we can just reperm them" doesn't mean we should force our Admins to go through the hassle of dealing with repeated rule breakers all over again. It's not a matter of if we are still upset over whoever is now perm banned, it's that if people care to play again and have changed their colors, they will appeal. While it doesn't necessarily tell us they have changed, it's a sign they are trying to get back and anyone who really cares to play in the servers again will try more than once if they fail. The negative affect would be of those 22 thousands bans, more than likely at least 15 thousand are people that constantly broke rules because they didn't give a fuck and more than likely will do it all over again, why would you ever suggest allowing people who consistently broke rules to play again? Your argument is entirely stupid, and is not a reason to allow 22 thousand rule breakers back based on blind faith that they have changed the way they act, or that our admins can just ban them over again. A specific few, maybe I would agree with, but sure as hell not going to agree with unbanning all of them, ever. I would like to hear the positive reasoning for unbanning them rather than the stupid and incredibly wrong "There's no negative effect" reasoning. Aside from a handful of them possibly coming back and never causing an issue again, they would amount to nothing in the community considering they were permed for 6+ months and never cared to appeal. So I see it as no real positive reason with unbanning all of them.

I don't think there will be a draft. 5v5 will probably be create your own team, with restrictions. Rather not talk about how it's going to be set up since people are going to immediately start asking questions and we aren't even done with the 3v3 yet. Just wait for the 5v5 tournament's post.

There's nothing left to fix in this tournament. You want a 5v5 but insist on arguing these points which only draw out this tournament longer. To end it now makes it a giant waste of time for everyone involved, and is a bigger dick slap in the face than letting people be replaced with good players when they chose to drop out. Anyone who did not choose to drop out (Fishey) was immediately added back. Every team our team has played I could have probably beaten with just two of our players, and teaching the other the smokes and flashes I needed them to know. None of the teams practiced, they were disorganized, rushed at the wrong times, rushed predictably and nothing was done in a synchronized fashion. No matter how good I am, I still get blinded by a flashbang, and I can't aim through a smoke. You all made this tournament a "whoever can aim better" tournament that would have had stacked teams if even just two of us in team One were on the same team anywhere else.

Then decide what you want to do with them. I'm just replacing players and continuing the tournament to get it over with, which is what I thought people wanted. The only "fair" alternative is to take away every replaced player and leave people with only 1-2 people in their team and force them to play out with it. I'm sure no one will say "BS" to that either.

Does the 100% experienced competitive player have 50 posts? It will be as far as Scrim competitions go, I agree that they probably should be pulled out, however it is the semi finals now as you said.

I'll make a thread, I missed this post. I'm not sure if you are joking or not. If you're serious, I will add him. I think he has more than 50 posts. Just for future reference for any and all tournaments (I hope) if a player is on a team that is knocked out of the tournament, they cannot join a new team that is still in the same tournament. That would be lame to give someone multiple chances at winning a tournament.
